With over 1,700 square feet and a 2-car garage our home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths along with a large den and 2-twin beds. A total of 6 people can be accommodated.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The primary bath includes 2 sinks, soaking tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath. The breakfast nook seats 4 and the dining table seats 6 comfortably.
Enjoy watching the golfers and stunning sunsets from the private, screened-in, lanai overlooking the golf course!
This home has been completed repainted, new flooring and all new furnishings! Both bedrooms have TV’s along with the family room. Wi-fi is provided throughout the home.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, and glassware! You just need to provide the food. This home is complete with a washer, dryer, fresh linens, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and two bicycles.
Optional golf transfer fee of $500 to the Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club will give you access to dine at the clubhouse and pub room. Additional amenities include the 18-hole championship golf course, putting green, driving range, fitness center, pro shop, clubhouse pool, tennis, pickleball, and Bocce courts. (Cypress Woods charges a $350 Rental Application Fee in addition to the $500 membership transfer fee plus a Background Check Fee of $150 for a total of $1,000.)

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The location is great and made it convenient to get around to various places. The unit is very clean and well stocked with everything you may need. We appreciated that beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and bike’s were provided. It made packing much easier. The host is attentive and a pleasure to work with. The Cypress Woods community is also wonderful. There is something for everyone.

There are several beaches within a 15 -20 minute drive. We prefer Clam Pass Beach (a Collier County beach) since it is the most direct and they have parking, restrooms and restaurant.
