I am the Realtor with Gulf Breeze Real Estate who is advertising this beautiful vacation home in the desirable Beachwalk condos of Vanderbilt Beach. Though I do not manage the property, the owners are a pleasure to work with and they take pride in their rentals.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the owner's cancellation policy?
Once lease agreement is signed, there will be no refunds to tenant. However, we understand that sometimes beyond your control, plans change. If cancellation is received in writing 90 or more days before occupancy we will immediately market the property and will do our best to find another tenant to take over the dates of your reservation. If we are successful, and the home is rented for the cancellation period and owner fully compensated, we will refund all monies received less $800.00 cancellation/ re-processing fee.
