About the owner: We got in love of Naples and Falling Waters as hidden secret of relaxation almost 15 years back.
Since then we dream in one day we will own our place ; we have renting twice per year in Falling Waters past 10 years !
You will experience an exquisite vacation.
Why this property? The condo is upscale , upgraded thru entire unit. Location is very quiet and private , clients will have all what they need for a perfect vacation in paradise.

They are a way to host a family of 6 ?
Unit is design and setup for 4 adults , will be an queen air bed to temporary accommodate the needs of a family with 3 kids, but will not be allow 6 adults.
Will be an extra fee for multiple people ?
Correct , listing price will be for double occupancy (same to any hotels) , will be a 15 $ per person if will be there more than 5 days.
Will be any type of compensation if a blackout will last more then 24 hr ?
In Florida , power outage can occur often , we don`t experienced more than few hours , but have been situation on hurricanes season when power has been off for few days , same as any hotel , we don`t compensate for these reasons what it is out of our control.

As a renter, we expect an accommodation which reflects the pictures; a spotless place; a responsive and accommodating owner; comfortable furniture and bedding; fully equipped kitchen. While the kitchen was missing a few pieces for people who enjoy heating at home, this rental and the relationship with the owner meet all of my expectations. I would definitely like to return.
