We stayed at Falling Waters for 3 months last winter. It was exactly what we needed. We loved the resort style pool and the very large lanai. We appreciated the great communication (before and during our stay), clear instructions, and super comfy bed. The location was ideal for us, close to everything we needed. It was quiet with welcoming neighbors.

As a renter, we expect an accommodation which reflects the pictures; a spotless place; a responsive and accommodating owner; comfortable furniture and bedding; fully equipped kitchen. While the kitchen was missing a few pieces for people who enjoy heating at home, this rental and the relationship with the owner meet all of my expectations. I would definitely like to return.

Unit is design and setup for 4 adults , will be an queen air bed to temporary accommodate the needs of a family with 3 kids, but will not be allow 6 adults.
Correct , listing price will be for double occupancy (same to any hotels) , will be a 15 $ per person if will be there more than 7 days.
In Florida , power outage can occur often , we don`t experienced more than few hours , but have been situation on hurricanes season when power has been off for few days , same as any hotel , we don`t compensate for these reasons what it is out of our control.
