There is a deposit of $1000 and a cleaning fee of $150 per stay). Deposit is refundable (less the cleaning fee) if there is no damage on departure.
Deposit is due at booking and remaining payment is due on or before arrival date. Payment can be made by etransfer, Zelle, direct deposit, check or credit card (4% fee for credit card payments).
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date there is a $500 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited but any additional payments will be refunded. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, $1000 deposit and any remaining payments made will be forfeited.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with an additional pet fee of $350 per pet.
Property has a strict no-smoking policy. The designated smoking area is in the parking lot.
Parking is free and 2 parking spots are provided. No additional vehicles can be accommodated.

Great value and friendly community off Bayview
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo itself was in very good condition. We had a couple minor issues during our stay but they were promptly addressed and resolved by the owner. The owner was highly accessible and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent! We loved the friendly, community feel of the property and the location is central to everything we did! Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic location and host
First of all the location of the accommodation is perfect in the middle of a very nice , safe neighborhood, plenty of nice streets to walk the dog or exercise and admire the houses and boats on the canal. The accommodation itself is well maintained, Greg the host is constantly doing stuff the maintain and improve and is open to suggestions and ideas. He welcomed us on arrival and gave a walk though and invited us to his monthly BBQ which he arranges so everyone staying can meet and make friends. The address is quite close to the state park where for $6 per day you can park and go to the beach or walk the park. Publix and Whole foods close by and plenty of restaurants and shopping mails , overall a great months vacation and hope to return at some point

Super Host+ Status for Greg Davel and his Property/Location
Ft Lauderdale Airport is 8miles to the 1 Bedroom Condo we rented from our Super Host Greg who welcomed us warmly when we arrived late in the evening! We love to explore: the Atlantic Ocean is easily reached by car, get out and enjoy the Beach or drive for hours each way to Palm Beach and on the other side, to Miami. 2hrs, if you take Interstate 75 door - door to 5th Avenue, Naples to enjoy that area of fine dining and the Gulf of Mexico. Our Condo, the other tenants, the family friendly neighbourhood location and the surrounding shopping is super and we wanted for nothing!! We loved the whole experience and will be back!!!

Wonderful Stay...
We booked Unit 1 for 23 days in January and had a great experience. Unit was freshly renovated and clean. Greg was also great. Anything that was needed, he attended to right away. Pot luck BBQ on our 2nd evening there was fun and we met some really nice people. Beach was a 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend this place and we hope to back next year.

Had a wonderful stay here is Coral Ridges. Enjoyed the monthly BBQ and met everyone else staying here. If anything was needed, Greg was always quick in helping us. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend this place. We hope to be back soon!
