The condo's prime, central Naples location is located just a few miles from the beach! Live your best life, morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the pristine golf course. Play a round of Golf late morning, head to the beach in the afternoon, enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer on that screened-in balcony, with views of the evening sunset.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 4th floor (top floor in an elevator building, no one above you) light, and bright end unit condo, lots of peace and privacy.
The condo's prime location is within walking distance to Publix, Target many restaurants, and more!
The monthly base rental rate includes full electric, cable, high-speed internet (wifi), water, sewer and trash.
The owner is a long-time local Realtor and is available / lives locally (not a long-distance property owner) and available should you need her at any time during your stay.
Please contact Quail Run Golf Course direct for golf and social membership options. The Golf Course is a private Golf Course, however, they do offer play times and membership options to the public.
Directly on a gorgeous golf course, yet also just a few miles from Naples finest beaches. The closest beach to this condo is Clam Pass Beach Park. Clam Pass Beach Park is adjacent to the Naples Grand Resort. Either walk along the beautiful recently replaced boardwalk or enjoy a free tram ride to the beach. The beach boasts a pubic restaurant right on the sand as well as chaise lounges, kayaks and other fun beach toys to rent.
NOTE: Our condo does have a storage closet that contains multiple beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler for you to use and enjoy during your stay

Thank you to this host for a most wonderful first-time non hotel longer-term rental experience. We will never return to a hotel after experiencing such a wonderful condo stay at a fraction of the cost of a hotel room. The Condo was spacious, nicely furnished, with comfortable beds, and immaculately clean. Michele the host was attentive and quick to respond to questions. The Condo is right on a golf course with a lanai that overlooks the beauty. We enjoyed hours on the Lanai each day listening to the birds and drinking coffee and tea (cough cough). We also enjoyed walking the entire loop around the community and golf course each day which was roughly 3 miles. The Community was quiet, and the pool was clean and warm. We enjoyed trying out the many restaurants in the area. Our favorites were Millers Ale House and A Hang Out Place for dinner and Skillets for breakfast! Thank you, Michele! Dawn and Mike

Bob W.Clean quiet condo and complex, with a great pool and in an excellent location.
The condo is in one of the best locations in the Naples area (I have been coming to Naples for over 30 years). It is very convent to stores restaurants and attractions. The unit itself is very clean and nicely updated with all the amenities. The 2 builds in the complex are well maintained and it shows. The pool area is great with both shade and sun and the pool water temp is perfect. (Great pool to swim laps in). The Forest Lake area is a very quiet and well-maintained development. It is great for walking or biking without having to go on the main road. Michele is a wonderful hostess/owner. She is vested in her tenants. She always answers her phone or calls right back. She even took the time to move my car for me when they were cleaning the carport roofs while I was away. I can highly recommend this property to anybody. Thank you, Michele, for making my winter in Naples so nice.

Kevin & Michelle M.Fantastic location with wonderful view
The location of this condo was truly perfection. The property was located directly on the Golf Course which could not be more convenient for our early morning Tee Time. Afternoons were spent at the Beach straight down Pine Ridge a few miles from the Condo. We walked to Publix around the Corner as well as "Black Eye Pig", "Goldies" and 'The Hang Out By Two Guys", all good restaurants nearby. The Condo's condition was excellent, appears to be all new furnishings, floors, counters, very nice. Master Bedroom was comfortable, we did not try out the 2 beds in the Guest Room. The Property Host (Michele) was responsive and a pleasure, quick to respond to our questions.

We do not permit smoking inside of our condo or outside on the Lanai. The Community also prohibts smoking within 30 feet of the Building.
