Location was excellent and the condo was great. Everything was as advertised and then some. Chip, the owner, was very nice and responded very quickly to all questions and requests we had. Quiet area with very friendly and helpful neighbors. We felt like home. Club facilities were very nice and the gym and tennis courts were kept in very good condition. Definitely we recommend this condo. You’ll have a great time like we did.

Al B.Luxury Tranquil Penthouse in North Naples
A month holidaying in this gorgeous mid rise luxury condominium was probably the best holiday we have had in Florida. The unit was comfortable and extremely well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. The appliances were all very new. The three double bedrooms are large and the quality of the master bed and bedding made for perfect restful sleeps. Coming from the UK we are not used to a walk-in wardrobe off the master, so this was added luxury for us. The lanai was double the size of most units, making it ideal for relaxing and dinning. The views from the lanai above tree level and over water were beautiful, tranquil and relaxing. We really appreciated the designated undercover parking space. Security is important for us, the gate keeper was reassuring and we always felt safe. Residents and visitors were all friendly and made for a good atmosphere. The pool was a good size and maintained to a high standard. We found the owner to be honest, fair and a prompt communicator. Five well deserved stars from us.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to be able to stay in this lovely apartment for the month of December. The property is as shown in photos though much more beautiful in reality. Well-appointed top-floor unit with a wonderful view from the lanai. Bedroom set-up ideal with master on one side and 2 guests on other. Brand new AC, large ceiling fans and plenty of light. Abundance of cookware, towels, beach chairs, coolers and everything you need to make your vacation stay ideal.Owner is wonderful, responsive and readily available to assist with anything you might need. Neighbors are friendly and nice. The location is the best - close to stores, beaches, restaurants and easy access to airport in Ft Myers. We loved this rental so much that we don’t want to leave!
