The condo is modern and comfortable. We enjoy many an hour sitting out on our lanai, which is a screened in porch, and never tire of seeing our palm trees! This is a great location if you love swimming (complex has a beautiful pool area), the beach (1.7 km away) , with steps to fantastic shopping, grocery stores (a Whole Foods market), and fabulous restaurants. available, beach chairs, etc.
Our home is in a fabulous location and that's why we love it here! Steps away from great restaurants, bike rentals, Whole Foods and Publix grocery stores, drug stores, great shopping, 2 movie theatres, the Ritz Carlton, a beautiful pool, a medical clinic, and 1.7 km to one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S.A.

This Naples condo, which was recently updated, is beautiful and well equipped. Everything is provided for you. From high quality bath towels to beach chairs, beach towels and so on. The location is perfect. We walked to local restaurants in a strip mall nearby and walked to the beautiful Mercato, which was a happening place with many restaurants and shops. It's nice to have two movie theaters in walking distance. The beach is less than a mile away. Fifth Avenue, which is a the epicenter of Naples, which has fabulous shops and restaurants, is less than 15 minutes away by car. The owner, Mike is very nice and a great communicator. He responds very quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. We highly recommend it!
