1900 sq. ft. This gorgeous vacation villa in the Kings Lake community in Naples offers 3 spacious and elegantly furnished double bedrooms, including 2 king beds and a queen bed. There are also two bathrooms and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink. The bathrooms are fully lined with tiles, with granite vanity units and the master bath has a rainfall shower. There are two living areas available, each with its own TV and beautiful views of the lake and pool. The oversized terrace will let you relax.
The modern equipped kitchen with adjoining breakfast area is integrated into the two living areas. All appliances are new: fridge / freezer with icemaker, oven with induction field, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer! The tastefully furnished dining room also adjoins the kitchen. The fast Wi-Fi covers the whole house and the pool area.
Via generous sliding glass doors you reach directly the beautiful loggia, where you can eat outside in the sunshine. The approximately 650 ft² heated pool offers a great view of the beautiful lake. In the pool area with outdoor shower are also a Weber grill, comfortable lounge chairs and a variety of garden furniture and dining groups.
The double garage can accommodate 2 vehicles.
In the middle of the pool area, which is shielded from prying eyes and with its wonderful sun exposure to the west, is the heated pool. The large cage (aluminum frame with mosquito nets) ensures that no mosquitoes, flies or leaves affect your bathing or eating pleasure. In addition, there are 4 sun loungers, a Weber gas grill, a seating area to relax and a sitting area with dining table for 6 people. So you can dine in the shade.
To the beautiful sandy beach you can reach either in a few minutes (5-10 minutes by car) or by bike.

Having stayed in many villas across the US and Europe it has to be said this villa is top of our list for going back too. Location in Naples, setting, fixtures and fittings are all first class. The pool is large and spacious and the evening sunsets are well worth staying at home for! Would highly recommend this villa.

House Excelsior During 3 weeks we lived in "Haus Excelsior" as a couple. The location in Kings Lake is perfect to the center of Naples and the surrounding golf courses. The house is open to the west with a large lake and so we could enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening. Everything is perfectly clean and of all the glasses, dishes and kitchen tools had more than enough of them. The rooms are furnished with enough linen and for this we used the laundry room every day. Also the pool was cleaned every week in the outdoor area we have spent hours. I can only recommend the house and we will be happy to come back next year. Urs Wiprächtiger, Davos
