The tranquil master suite has a king bed, large his/her closets, walk in shower and a double vanity with quartz countertops. There is a large open area for dining, games or just enjoying the views. In the living room you will find two full couches and two comfy chairs. The kitchen is uniquely designed with a beautiful tile backsplash, floating shelves and quartz countertops.

Stepping out to the deck, the L-shaped composite deck captures all the mesmerizing gulf views and even the bay! This deck has poly-wood south beach bar chairs for each guest to sit high and take in all the scenery. No deck railing blocking these views! The ground level provides ample storage for all your items needed for the beach. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and cool down. Plenty of covered parking is provided and there is also a space for your large fishing boat. It’s a rare find to have a covered parking area that will house a large boat this close to the beach!
