In addition, we are 2-3 minutes from the Cape Coral bridge and short drive to Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beaches, and Sanibel island.

This property specifically is in one of the most desirable locations with close proximity to cape coral downtown restaurants, beaches, shopping and quick drive from the Ft Myers downtown, Ft Myers beaches, and Sanibel Island. It is also located very close to boat rentals and the Yacht club and the public Yacht club beach.
