We stayed our third time at the villa and was awesome as always. Rachel is seconds away if something is needed, property was clean and with a few new updates (TVs in the bedrooms) since our last stay.Overall, highly recommended to stay with family and enjoy nearby beaches. Perfect place for a family get-together!

Our stay at this clean and bright house in a nice neighborhood was perfect for our purposes. It actually is huge and has great gathering places throughout for all sorts of family activities. There are many tables for playing games (included!) and comfy couches for watching movies. It's rare to gather a big group and not feel on top of each other but it's possible in this house. The pool area is awesome with plenty of toys and the kayaks were a blast. Very well appointed kitchen as well. We found so much to do in the area...we had young ones through grandparents and everyone was happy! We definitely plan to return in the future. Thank you so much!

2nd time charm

Rachel always goes above and beyond to make our stay just like home. We couldn't find a better experience anywhere as this was our second year in a row to visit. I'm sure third time will be charm!

Great Vacation

This is a wonderful property. The house is spotless and everything you need is supplied. The pool and view of the canal made for an incredibly relaxing vacation. The proximity to supermarket, drugstores, Target and lots of restaurants meant we didn't need to venture far, unless we really wanted to. We had trouble finding the address at first, as I'd lost my phone and GPS wasn't working. I called Rachel and she and her husband gave me directions and stayed on the phone with us until we were at the house - they were both helpful and patient.We've been vacationing in the Fort Myers area for many years and usually stayed on Fort Myers Beach. We couldn't find a spot on the beach because so many properties are still under construction after hurricane Ian - heartbreaking to see the extent of the damage even after almost 2 years. We opted for Cape Coral and a house with a pool instead. All week we had discussions about which one we preferred - house/pool or beach. It was a tight race but house/pool won. There was something so relaxing about just hanging around the pool and not feeling like we needed to go anywhere because we had the vacation right in our backyard. We didn't want to leave and would have extended our stay if we could have found reasonably priced flights for the trip home. I highly recommend Coral Breeze Villa if you want a beautiful, relaxing, fun vacation in Florida. We'll be returning.

Another great stay!

First it was in April and now in November. We spent another awesome week at the villa. Kids enjoyed the pool even more than the first time and we adults got to relax and recharge by the canal and the pool.As usual, Rachel was seconds away for any questions and the villa was clean, spacious and comfortable for us all.Before we left, the kids asked: "When are we coming back?". We'll definitely be back!

Coral Breeze Villa is a great place to stay!

We were there for 4 nights in September. A group of 8 girls went for a long weekend. Coral Breeze Villa had everything we needed. The pool was very refreshing in the 90 degree weather. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with all the essentials. The house isn't really in walking distance to much, but the Ubers are plentiful and cheap. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again if we come back! Thanks, Coral Breeze Villa!

Just like home!

We've stayed at Coral Breeze Villa for a week this past November. First time for our family in this area.We were looking for a place away from home where we can be relaxed and enjoy some time together during the year. And I think we've found one of those places where you want to come back time and time again.Rachel is probably one of the best hostesses we've had in a long time. Communication is fluid, even while she was on vacation like us!The house is amazing: quiet neighborhood, great options for foods and groceries nearby, great location to get to awesome beaches nearby. Kids LOVED the pool, they couldn't get enough of it. Kitchen was well stocked for anything you might need for cooking and preparing meals.In summary, if you're looking for a place to spend some time with your family and enjoy yourselves, look no further! In fact, we're coming back again soon to stay for another week!

Family Getaway

Our last minute family getaway was perfect! The host, location and accommodations couldn’t be better. Questions were answered quickly, house was clean and everything was laid out perfectly. Coral breeze was perfect for our larger family to gather or spread out. Sleeping arrangements are great and even if you use the pullout it’s privately sectioned off, our daughter loved it. All the additional amenities were a perk! We used beach chairs, cooler and kayaks. Having the ability to BBQ was helpful (grocery pick up just blocks away) and to have coffee on the dock was such a delight. We used the pool and the outdoor living space daily! So much space, we loved it. Can’t wait for our return! Thank you for the memories!

Granddaughter said this is Paradise

We had a most enjoyable week staying at Coral Breeze. Everything we needed and more were there for us to have a blast with our 6 yr old granddaughter who called it Paradise. Don't think about it, book it!

We had so much fun! The pool was incredible, the house is beautiful and welcoming. The amenities that were available saved us so much money on things we usually buy and have throw away before we leave. We highly recommend taking a day trip to Siesta Key, its absolutely gorgeous and worth the drive. We spent 80% of our time at the house and it was a perfect getaway for my 40th birthday.

Beautiful Home with Amazing Hosts

Coral Breeze Villas is the place to be! The house was easy to get too from Fort Myers Airport (about 25 minutes), with comfortable beds, a great layout for a large group, plenty of things to do including, pool & pool floaties/games, cornhole/bean bag toss, a great downtown area with several great food options as well as dive bars, kayaks for the canal & the best views you can ask for! Pool is heated with a screen surrounding so no creatures or bugs will get in your sun time! Rachel is simply the best host you could ask for! She is very accommodating, answers any questions & is available when needed! I could not have asked for a better home to have a family girls trip! Awesome vacation stay

Coral Breeze is a wonderful home to stay at. Pool was warm. Living room is large. The grandkids had a blast swimming and dancing. Rachel answered her phone every time we had a question. She was a wonderful person to rent from. I highly recommend her home

Hurricane Ian

In spite of being caught up with hurricane Ian arriving on our 3rd day at this home, the house was perfect. We had remote shutters that blocked the lanai from the outside. We lost power and water the whole time we were there but we had a gás grill to warm water on. We were in constant touch with the owner by text message, who were wonderful to keep us calm and guide us when we had a questions. We have never been in a situation like this but this was the place to be in this situation.

Exactly as in the pictures, a wonderful place to relax.

There were four of us and we used all three bedrooms. There is the possibility to fold out a couch, but for me it would be too crowded with 8 people. 4-6 people is perfect. There is a bathroom that is accessible through the master bedroom and another bathroom that is in the area of the other two bedrooms. This is also where you can get directly into the pool area. This is super convenient. We spent lots of time in the pool area. The pool is wonderful, there are lots of pool toys. You can watch TV and have dinner there. Just great. The couch in the family living room is super comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, fridge is big. Only the dishwasher did not really clean, I had to clea a lot by hand again. I really slept very well without any back issues. Many towels are available, Nothing is missing. We took the beach chairs and umbrella to the beach. Very great is the huge cool box which we filled with ice cubes and so could take drinks with us to our trips. It's located close to the big supermarkets and some fast food restaurants. I can highly recommend the house, we felt very comfortable and also spent two days completely in the house to really just relax and do nothing. Due to the central location you can get everywhere quickly.

So comfortable and relaxing!

We had such a great time at Coral Breeze Villa! We went with another family and it fit us all very well. The place was very clean which was refreshing. We had no issues which made the trip so relaxing and fun! Kids had a great time swimming in the pool and fishing on the canal. We went out to Sanibel during the week and traffic was not bad at all. There's lot of things to do right in Cape Coral too. Our favorite restaurant was The Twisted Lobster! We will definitely be coming back here asap!

Tranquil Vacation in January

My husband and I rented Coral Breeze Villa for the month of January. We picked the location because we could stay to ourselves if required. (Pandemic). We are a retired couple in our 70s.The home is very comfortable and well appointed. We loved how the living area opens up to the pool and canal. The garage is a big plus and the neighborhood quiet. We have electric bikes & went to several bike parks. Our friends who rented in town liked our rental better! We appreciated the amenities provided, and would definitely rent here again.

Loved our stay for the holidays!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We spent the holidays down there escaping the cold from Minnesota for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time! The set up for 8 of us was great! We enjoyed lots of daily time in the pool, coffee by the canal, kayaks and many memories to last a lifetime! They were so considerate when thinking about guests and including everything you need from towels to beach chairs to laundry soap to setting up a Christmas tree for the kids… Thanks again and We will definitely be back someday! Excellent

We stayed for four nights. Everything was absolutely wonderful ! It was a Awesome feeling when I walked in, it definitely felt like home. They even had a beautiful Christmas tree set up .:) Lots of room,very comfortable and clean. We had so much fun outside by the pool. The pool was warm with lots of fun pool toys, and games to play . beds are so comfortable! Thanks for making our stay so wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!

Coral Breeze Perfection

My best friend and I with our 5 kids total, had the opportunity to stay at Coral Breeze Villa and we can’t believe we got such a gem on short notice!!! The villa is absolutely beautiful- full opening sliding doors from the master bedroom and living room onto the HUGE screened-in lani, giving most beautiful breeze and sweet Florida smell!! We spent the majority of our time in the lani. Theres a big table for having snacks and playing games. We had all our meals out there. The TV on the lani is just an added plus so you can step out of the sun while watching TV from the sectional but still getting that outdoor breeze and warmth. During the evening we enjoyed the ambiance of the solar lights around the pool and sitting down by canal to watch the Florida sun fade down into sunset magic!! The master bedroom is private and away from guests rooms just enough to make it feel separate giving that privacy. The bed is a huge king- so comfortable! We were able to fit us and the kids in for a movie. The kids beds were queens and they said they felt this was better than any hotel!! ( we looked at quite a few) The kitchen area is open with plenty of room for a kitchen table and a breakfast bar- which was great for the kids! The kayaks were another added plus! We had great rides down the canal seeing all sorts of fish a little sea creatures! The kids loved it! The amenities were new- full washer, dryer, and everything was so organized and labeled which was so helpful! There was so much to do and many great restaurants around the area, every meal out was great!! They have a reference book too that was really informative and lays out everything you might have questions about- which was helpful as we were new to the area. Coral Breeze Villa is forever in my heart!! It was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be going back with the whole family! Plenty of room for all.
