Our MiraVista condo located directly on the Quail Run Golf Course. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Freshly painted, brand new appliances, updates throughout the unit. The unit has screen in lanai with amazing golf course views. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while watching golf, listening to birds and peace.
This is a second floor condo. You may use stairs or elevator to get to the unit. The condo is located just a few steps from elevator.
This condo is centrally located in Naples close to beach (less than 2 miles or 5 min drive). The closest beach is Clam Pass which is adjacent to the Naples Grand Resort. You can get to the beach from the parking lot while having a scenic walk on the deck leading to the beach or enjoy a free tram ride.
This condo is close to many restaurants and shopping area (Publix, Target, Costco, etc.).
The monthly base rental rate includes all utilities (electric, cable, high-speed internet (Wi-Fi), water, sewer, and trash).

Excellent location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and several nice beaches! Very quiet, relaxing setting on golf course. Kitchen is well equipped and grill available next to the pool area. The washer and dryer in the unit was an added convenience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful Naples condo. Thank you for sharing it with us!

The condo is newly updated with 2 bedrooms comfortably separated for visiting friends. It is close to all major shopping and the beach. The condo was also very clean with excellent linens and all necessary appliances. I highly recommend booking this condo. The owner was very attentive and kind.

This condo was a true blessing in time of need while renovating my home. We stayed for 2 1/2 months and were treated by hosts like family. Very nice people and clean and this place is also under the market price a little compared to other units. I have to say it was very quiet always and people who live in the condos here are friendly and kind to new guests when passing through. The pool was very nice on a day you wanted to get some sunshine at pool and lay out. Also a grill is available to use near pool as well. The wifi and cable were great and comfy beds. I would absolutely stay again if there was a need or recommend to others. Just a few miles from beach and lots of nearby stores and great places to eat as well.
