It is perfect for a private quiet place to sit by wether it’s the pool, the hot tub, patio or lanai. The fully -fenced backyard includes the BBQ grill, fruit trees peacefulness and privacy.
The new mattresses and linens will give you the utmost comfortable sleep while on vacation. Each Bedroom is equipped with 40" TV's. The home is comfortably furnished with an open concept kitchen, living and dining area.
You can enjoy a 50" Smart TV in the living room. We have high speed WiFi so streaming and gaming throughout the home should be a breeze!
Note that guests can access the garage however, due to bikes, and beach supplies parking is not always available inside the garage.
Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have 2 outdoor cameras for the safety of our home and guests that records motion at the front of house and the records on the right side of the home. . There are no camera devices inside the home, lanai or pool or backyard. They are for safety.

This city has its share of annual events that draw a crowd. For example in November, the Coconut Festival showcases local bands and restaurants, plus carnival rides and fun contests for the kids. A month later, in December, the Festival of Lights offers train rides for toddlers, holiday themed decorations, and a beautiful lights display. When the weather’s warmer, the Red, White and BOOM celebration showcases one of the most amazing fireworks displays in the country, as well as plenty of vendors, attractions, food, and patriotic, family-friendly activities.

Terms & Conditions
The renter agrees to be responsible for all damages in excess of $800.00 which will be determined if necessary by arbitration. The Damage Waiver covers any 'Accidental Damages' to the interior or exterior of the property. The renter agrees that in the event of failure to agree by arbitration, proceedings will be held in the Lee County Court. After your departure, the accommodation is inspected by Housekeeping Inspectors. The accommodation must be left in reasonable and clean condition or extra cleaning charges may be imposed by an hourly rate. In the event that it is found that the accommodation incurred careless damages, requires excessive cleaning, or has missing items, the guest acknowledges and agrees their credit card will be debited to replace said items at the fair market price, invoices will be provided if necessary. Customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and all court costs and expenses to enforce this agreement including appellate proceeds with or without legal proceedings.

In the event of cancellation, deposit refunds are as follows:
• 75% refund of deposit, if cancelled 120 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
• 40% refund of deposit, if cancelled 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
• There is no refund less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
REFUND POLICY
If a guest must cancel less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date, and if requested by the guest, we will endeavor to re-rent the property for the dates the guest originally reserved.

Shawn S.Your Perfect Winter Home in Cape Coral
Ever wish you had a winter home in Florida to escape the cold and the snow? Look no further. This is a typical, modern, Florida split (meaning master suite on one side and guest bedrooms on the other side). It is nicely furnished and fully equipped, as though the owners--your hosts--had just stepped out for a while. And impeccably clean. Everything you might possibly want is provided.Half way down a dead-end street in an upscale residential neighborhood, the house has almost no traffic and yet is only a bit less than a mile from the Del Prado commercial area with its restaurants, movie theaters, stores such as Walmart, even a bowling alley. Touristy downtown Ft Myers is maybe ten minutes away by car (or $15 by Uber if you don't want the hassle of parking). There is live music, all kinds of dining, galleries and an art museum worth a visit, and two theaters with live shows. The beaches of Sanibel etc are a little farther away but the best in America. Between the heated pool and the hot tub, however, you might not even want the beach.Your hosts, Frank and Nancy who will likely be at their New Hampshire home during your stay, are as fine a couple as you will ever meet, kindly and gracious to a fault. By the end of your stay, they will be friends ready to welcome you back next year. All in all, Casa Bluetique earns my highest recommendation and I commend it to you without qualification.

Nancy was the absolute best, always available and gave great advice on places to visit. The home is gorgeous and just feels like home not a hotel. The pool and hot tub are covered and you don't have to share it with a whole hotel. The home is close to nearby shops, beaches and walmart. Incredible and convenient location, owners anticipated every convenience required. Absolutely inviting and clean home for our month's stay. Although only the two of us, the home could easily accommodate another couple. The pool (and sauna) was clean and relaxing and a welcome relief for this Maine couple. We settled in after one day and treated the home as we would our own home. See you next year!

It was such a wonderful time and you had everything we needed to make our vacation phenomenal!The neighborhood was very peaceful. Loved the convenience of everything around, especially enjoyed the Smoothie King just down the road. And the beaches were not too far away and were wonderful as well. Also love the heated pool, hot tub & hammocks in the backyard!Communication was incredible. Anytime I contacted Nancy, I was responded to within minutes. Nancy and Frank were very accommodating and are the BEST vacation renters I have ever dealt with. I arrived to a very clean home and it had everything my family needed including drinks in the fridge and a bag with goodies to greet me. It was like walking into a five star hotel only with a private pool, spa and back yard. There is a welcome book to explain all of the little technicalities of the home including favorite local places to go to. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, peaceful backyard, very well maintained. No bugs to be found anywhere. Very close and convenient to many stores, restaurants, churches, parks and beaches. Anytime I had any questions Nancy responded immediately. My family and I are definitely going to be coming back to stay here.
