GOLF CART & IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

A golf cart is included with your reservation at no additional rental cost. Please review the requirements and restrictions before using it.

Drivers must be at least 22 years old
Drivers must have a valid, non-expired driver's license and an active automobile insurance policy
A golf cart rental agreement must be completed after booking
Guests must provide their driver's license and automobile insurance card as required
A refundable $500 golf cart security deposit is required

The $500 deposit is returned to the same credit card within 7 days after checkout, following inspection of the golf cart and confirmation of its condition.

Please follow these important golf cart rules:

Treat the golf cart like any other motor vehicle and follow applicable traffic laws
Each passenger must have their own seatbelt
Children ages 3 and younger must ride securely in car seats, as required by Florida law
Park the golf cart inside the garage whenever you are at the property
Do not park the golf cart in the driveway or on the street
Use designated public parking spaces only
Do not drive on sidewalks, beaches, grass, or walking trails
Do not drink or text while driving

The golf cart is permitted on residential roads only. Driving on Emerald Coast Parkway (US/Business Highway 98) is prohibited. You may legally cross Emerald Coast Parkway at a stoplight intersection when traveling north or south.

For east-west travel through town, use the road running along the beach, Scenic Highway 98 or County Highway 30A, where permitted by applicable golf cart laws and restrictions.

Please review Florida's applicable low-speed vehicle laws and the golf cart rental agreement before operating the cart. The HOA strictly enforces golf cart parking requirements.

PET-FRIENDLY STAY

Bring your furry companions along for your Destin getaway! The property welcomes up to 3 pets, unless otherwise approved by the owner.

Additional pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay
Please pick up after your pet
Pets must be leashed when walking in the neighborhood
Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture
