About the owner: Experienced vacation rental host. "Super Host" for other properties on AirBnB. My husband and I have a duplex one block from the New Jersey beach. We have had great success renting it as vacation rentals, weekly, monthly and weekends for the past four years. We take great pride, these are our "homes" not just vacant generic properties. We also screen our guests and have had very minimal problems.
Why this property? We luckily found this lovely home in 2021 while traveling through Florida. We stopped to visit a friend who relocated here a few years ago and the area felt like a good fit for us. It is not very touristy or crowded, it feels more residential. Our hope is to retire here in a few years and in the meantime we will share it.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to be able to stay here during January and February this year. This house is perfectly located and a very quiet neighborhood near great places to eat, shop and relax. We especially enjoyed many days at the beach, which is just a short drive and the year round Saturday farmers market.The house itself is large, well laid out and provides everything you need and more. The owners are very attentive when needed and really want you to enjoy their home to its fullest.We loved this experience so much, we decided to stay for three months next year. That about says it all, right?

A lovely house in a lovely neighborhood. The house is clean and bright with every amenity. The neighborhood is perfectly maintained, and bike and pedestrian friendly. The beach, restaurants, and activities are close by. I would definitely book this location again. I highly recommend this home!

From start to finish the owners were great. The house was nicely furnished and well stocked with everything needed for our 42 day stay. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants. It truly felt like home. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great getaway.
