This sunny and cheerful condo overlooks the tropical gardens. . Washer and Dryer in unit. Freshly painted and new furnishings make this 1st floor unit peaceful and tranquil.
Enjoy 4 pools, gym, Top Golf, private spa, tennis, free beach shuttle, members lounge with pool tables, 80” tvs, food and drinks. This private club combines the comfort of condo living with the luxuries of hotel living. The Club charges $200 for a temporary membership plus $50 a day Resort Fees which covers all guests in the condo.

Rates for January - March 2024 are $16,000 a month plus 12 % Tourist Tax and
$200 Exit Cleaning.
We also have 3 bedroom units.
Rates for Jan - April are $869 a night plus 12% Tourist Tax & $200 Exit Cleaning.
In addition to the rental rate, guests must register at The Club which is a private membership. The Club will issue a membership and Daily Resort Fee that covers ALL guests staying in the condo.
May 1 thru October 31, $100 plus $45 Daily Resort Fees plus tax
Nov 1 thru April 30 $200 fee plus $55 Daily Resort Fees plus tax per day
For guests staying 30 days or longer, a flat fee of $1200
Club Fees covers everyone in the condo and gives you complete access to all pools, sauna, steam room, locker room, towel service, pool chairs, gym, Tennis, shuttle to 5th Avenue and Pier beach, and Members Lounge Dining.

My family of four stayed in a three bedroom condo in mid August. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and all amenities that you can think of, especially cooking supplies were available. The main reason why I booked this condo was because of the beautiful pool area. It is the only one in the area that has a lazy river in addition to a large pool with zero entry points. The food and drinks at the pool bar were excellent and my family enjoyed walking over to the main hotel area and looking at the boats in the marina. I definitely would recommend having a car that way you can go to the beautiful beaches nearby and the vast array of top notch dinning places in the area. My family is already looking forward to booking our next stay in paradise!

Lovely resort, wonderful location. Close to downtown Naples, Apr 15, 2024 By Lee Kleinman,We had a lovely stay at this unit. The unit was beautifully furnish in wonderful condition. We used the screen porch frequently. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the amenities at the resort. It was a wonderful place for children. Our landlords could not have been more gracious and helpful. Highly recommend this rental.

First and foremost, Alina Luccio was an absolute dream to work with. She was honest, timely and thorough with her communication and truly cared about our first stay at the Naples Bay Resort! Even during our stay, Alina checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She really goes above and beyond!We stayed in condo J102 and can’t say enough about it. As we walked in, the first thing we noticed was how clean and tidy the condo was. The furnishings modern and cozy. It was very well appointed with all the comforts of home: Keurig, coffee maker, nice toaster oven, kitchen supplies, and more. The washer and dryer was such a blessing! The condo also had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach bags for our use during our stay. When I say, they thought of everything a family could need while vacationing, they really did.The property has a wonderful pool area with different places to relax. The resort has a convenient shuttle service that takes guests to and from the beach and 5th Ave and the historic 3rd Street. Our teen and friends used the shuttle service daily.We will definitely be back!

Angelo C.Naples Palace Resort
Alina was Amazing and her cottage/condo was full of upgrades. My son's loved their shower that had 5 different shower heads and settings. Samsung TV and appliances. There was nothing that she didn't think of including the football for the pool that was a.hit for everyone in the pool. We even met a.couple at the pool...we were both bagging about our condo/cottage and we shortly realized that we BOTH were renting units from Alina....now what is the odds of that..lol.We are going back sometime in the fall.
