*Update October 2025: Our pool is still under construction and landscaping is not yet done, rates are reduced to reflect that. With the delays we've been experiencing, I would not count on the pool until January 2026 and I will keep this page updated. HOWEVER, the beach is awesome as ever and you can't beat our location with a large, white, quiet expanse of beach in front of us and just a short walk north to all the fun, food and music that Fort Myers Beach is known for! And the peaceful lanai view will make it hard for you to even leave the condo! Our condos did not sustain interior damage during Ian and are ready to be enjoyed by you! You will love Estero Beach Club!
This condominium (Unit #403) is a dream vacation for two people (adults) who want to get away and relax by the ocean side, either on the balcony or on the white sandy beach, in beach chairs with umbrella or leisurely walks. You can get lost in the moment, feel the sand between your toes, and enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean water rippling ever so gently to the shore. You may want to have a barbecue, there are two grills by the pool just waiting for those steaks or hot dogs and hamburgers, whatever whets your appetite.
Whatever your lifestyle you can find it at Fort Myers Beach. Estero Beach Club is the best of Fort Myers Beach with it's wide sandy beaches. Feel secluded within the complex itself or find entertainment and restaurants within walking distance. There's no better location!
Please be aware that there is no smoking allowed in the condo or on the lanai and our condo building and grounds are smoke-free.

After your reservation is confirmed, the onsite manager will make arrangements for payment of this fee and submission of the Registration Agreement.
Arrival instructions will be emailed one week prior to your vacation by the office.

Remember we are a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of pets or smoking in the condo. Thank you in advance for taking great care of our condo - we appreciate it!
Balance due 60 days prior to check-in. Deposit refundable if canceled at least 60 days prior to check-in. (Not applicable to non-Saturday-Saturday rentals, see below). Note: Condo registration fee is not refundable.
We rent Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum. We consider non-Saturday to Saturday rentals and stays less than 7 days June, July, August, and occasionally at other times during the year, however please note that ALL non-Saturday to Saturday rentals and rentals less than 7 days are NOT REFUNDABLE and full payment is due upon booking.

The condo was great.Amazing sunsets. The one thing that I would suggest is to replace beach chairs. They mentioned beach chairs but they were uncomfortable bag chairs! Thank you Derald for all the information about Restaurants. The restaurant’s close by were fantastic.

The unit was as pictured. The unit was clean and fully stocked with kitchenware, paper goods, beach chairs and umbrellas. The location is fantastic. The condo is about a mile from Times Square but the beach itself is far enough so it's not crowded. Plenty of places to drink and eat within walking distance.The view is great from the balcony, right on the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. The pools and grounds are kept in excellent shape by Todd and Jennifer. Renee, the owner, was pleasure to deal with. Everyone was very friendly. One of our best vacation rentals ever and we will be sure to come back next time we visit Ft. Myers Beach. Highly reccomend
