After 24+ years of renting villas in Fernandina Beach and Hilton Head, 2 Ocean Place is 2nd to none in our book.

The villa extremely clean, well taken care of and appointed and was even stocked with cooking spices!

We will definitely stay at 2 Ocean Place again.

We had a wonderful time. 2 Ocean Place is very new, very clean. Bottom floor has a nice porch and back lawn.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and we were very happy. The dryer was squealing when we first started using it but Amelia Rentals was quick to respond and repair it. Condo was well kept and very clean. Check in and check out was easy.
