The south facing 2099 sqft villa with 3 bed rooms plus den / two bath rooms is in a quiet side street. The villa has an open plan living and dining area with ample space for six people. Even the bright kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
Located on the Bonnie Canal with Golf Access it offers a fantastic view of the wide canal and you have the possibility to rent a boat by an existing boat dock.
The most beautiful area is the terrace (lanai) with heatable pool and separate heatable whirlpool. The entry is easy via large stairs. The pool can be lit up in the evening. Comfortable loungers are available for relaxing. Beach towels are sufficiently in the house. A fine-meshed mosquito repellent (cage) surrounds the entire pool area and ensures trouble-free enjoyment. In the covered part, a large gas grill at the dining area ensures typical American delights. A ceiling fan allows for a cool breeze in the summer months.
You have complete privacy at the pool and sunbathing a beautiful view of the Bonnie Canal. The Walmart Neighborhood can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and is quick both on the small beach of Cape Coral, as well as the nearest golf course or in the direction of Fort Myers for a trip.
The nearby golf cources (5 minutes) offers a perfect holiday recration.

Unique Benefits

The view of the canal, whether from the terrace or the boat dock, is always calming. Especially in winter, you can observe manatees right by the house. We have many birds and butterflies that visit.
Fishing enthusiasts can catch tilapia from the dock (fishing equipment is in the garage).
Palm trees provide privacy around the pool, and there are comfortable lounge chairs with cushions for relaxing.
