Ladies Weekend

This condo was just as described! Very nice, clean and everything you could have imagined! There are two things that I would like to comment on. One, there were fruit flies in the room from the time we were visiting which wasn't a deal breaker but was a nuisance. Second was the parking pass situation. Check it was 4 PM CST. At 4:20 a parking violation notice was left on my car stating that I needed to provide a parking pass or risk being towed. I get it, there was a notice that this should be completed at check in but we didn't even have time to unload completely before being left a notice. I was able to take care of this immediately but on the next to our last day I was left yet another notice that I had not paid parking or that my days had expired and i was subject to being towed. We were going to be off property for the day so I didn't have a chance to address this until I returned that evening. After speaking with security personnel, I was asked to prove that I had paid the parking by showing the confirmation I received. I was unable to locate where I had received confirmation and asked if there wasn't someway he could just pull my tag number up since he was stating that my time had expired and he told me that was above his pay grade. I was finally able to pull where I had paid the $55.67 through my AMEX and he was able to provide me a temporary parking pass until the next morning which was when I was to check out. Did I do something wrong, possibly but it shouldn't have been that hard and take that much time of my vacation to resolve. I only leave this comment to make sure if you are staying here that you understand the importance of making sure you secure parking immediately upon arriving at your condo and triple checking to be sure you are entering the correct dates!
