This property is close to everything. I tried to rent it again for next year but it was already booked. This is the first place I’ve ever wanted to rebook! I highly recommend renting here.

Great location, spacious and fully equipped home - everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. The view of the lake from the pool was wonderful. We stayed for three weeks at this home and had no complaints. The neighborhood is quiet and sits safely behind a guarded gate. It’s located close to restaurants, beach, shopping and entertainment.

Wir waren mit mit unserer Tochter und ihrem Freund in dem geräumigen Haus, die Anlage ist sehr schön und liegt zentral zwischen der 75 und 41( Hauptverkehrsstraßen) um alles gut zu erreichen. Das Haus war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Also ein perfekter Platz für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Timing and availability were aligned. Perfect for our annual Christmas in Florida. Quaint neighborhood. Great location to South Naples and downtown restaurants and beaches. Love the owner's suite opposite of the guest wings. Privacy for all if needed. Great pond setting with ducks, turtles and birds to watch. Community pool and pickleball courts an added bonus. Plenty of chairs for the beach. Well equipped kitchen. All you need for home away. Only thing missing was a golf course.

This home is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. I have been staying at different homes in the Naples area for over 10 years and this is the best yet, I am a bit of a clean freak and with Covid, I am more sensitive to everything being super clean. I came in with Clorox wipes ready to clean everything so I could be at peace for my stay. I must say this is my first time in all my years of travelling, I didn’t feel the need to re-clean or make it up to my standards. Everything was perfectly clean and organized.The home is bright and airy, with the main living area looking over the pool and lake. It was the perfect tropical beach feel for a vacation. The lake provides Entertainment with the ducks, turtles and birds. It was nice having the glass windows open by the pool to hear all the birds. The home is large with 4 bedrooms With the primary bedroom being on one side of the house and the other three on the opposite side of the house and 3 full bathrooms. It was certainly more then Enough room.The house is in a great location, and it felt safe being in a gated community. It was really easy to get registered with the gate and there was never any problems Coming in or out. You get the feel of a beautiful neighborhood, but still within minutes to the beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurantsThis house had everything we needed for our vacation. Beach chairs (the good ones), plenty of beach towels, pool toys. The kitchen was so clean and organized with nice dinnerware, and any piece of cookware you would need. I could easily move into this home and not need a thing. It felt like home, very cozy, warm and inviting.The main contact for the property, Brigitte, was very nice, professional and prompt in getting back with me with any questions. I will miss the house, and the beautiful palm tree filled neighborhood but will be making plans to visit again soon.

Staying at the Villa Mari was the best decision we've made for our 16 days stay in Naples. The home was sparkling clean and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. From a high chair for our 2 year old toddler, to a pool and beach equipment and toys, perfectly organized kitchenware, plenty of towels, and a bbq. It felt like home from day one. The process of reserving the home was done in a professional and prompt manner with all the information provided in advance so that we didn't have a single glitch when arriving at the gate or at the house. Villa Mari is within minutes to everything one needs including the beaches, shopping, and dining at the famous 5th Ave.
