This comfortable 2.150 ft² dream villa was created in high-ceiling construction (the ceilings are up to 11,5 ft high), which enhances the generous impression of the interiors.
The large pool is electrically heatable. The 1.000 ft² pool area to the south has a sun terrace and a covered terrace and is fully protected against insects. This allows a cozy barbecue (gas barbecue) by the pool. The spacious layout of the villa also offers a larger family beautiful open space and the equipment offers optimal living quality.
We provide 3 bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with large King Size beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds.
We provide toys (e.g. Lego) and beach and pool toys for the kids, high chair, cot, foldable buggy, bottle and mugs, etc.
For older kids you will find a transportable basketball hoop.
Additional equipment: The separate work area is equipped with a desk, wireless internet access, printer, scanner.
Within 1 mile you can reach all major destinations in Naples (beach, supermarket, numerous restaurants, shopping center, gym, golf and tennis courts, etc.).
With the available bicycles you are in 8-10 minutes at the beach, by car within about 3 minutes.
At the beach of Delnor Wiggins Park you can park for free with our annual ticket and save $ 6, - per day. (this annual ticket also applies to all other state parks in Southwest Florida!).
In addition, the very good infrastructure allows you to make use of amenities in the immediate vicinity, such as restaurants, fitness centers, public tennis courts, various supermarkets with a wide range of fresh foods or enjoy the nightlife in the exclusive Mercato Center, with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, icre cream parlors, cocktail lounges, live music etc. You will reach Mercato Center within appr. 5 minutes by car (free parking).
You can get bread rolls in the morning comfortably by bicycle. For dinner you can choose between steak, pizza, pasta, fish, etc., because the surrounding restaurants (about 13 restaurants in the Mercato Center with nightlife) can be reached by bicycle or are even within walking distance.
If you want to go to a bar or pub in the evening, then you should visit the nearby Mercato Center, which is 8 minutes away by bike or 5 minutes by car (free parking available).
For the children there are toys (Lego), board games, puzzles, toys for the beach and pool, high chair and cot.

Because the location of the house is very central. Teenagers can do something on their own, e.g. ride a bike to the beach or to the Mercato Center with ice cream parlors, burger restaurant etc.
Ideal, central beach location (west of the 41), as all major destinations (beach, numerous restaurants, shopping, nightlife etc.) are within a radius of only 1 mile, so within walking distance, by bike or by car in only 3-4 minutes.
This location allows you to be very flexible and fast in your free time activities and in the evening you can watch the sunset at Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor Wiggins Park, then dine directly at the beach or in the Mercato Center in one of the many restaurants . The nearest supermarkets, Publix or WalMart Supercenter are also just 1 mile away. The exclusive supermarket Whole Foods Market with selected high-quality food (including organic products) is located next to the Mercato Center. Here you will find a wide selection of food such as meat, sausage, fish, fruit, vegetables, homemade fresh pastries and confectionery, numerous fresh food counters with ready-made food from appetizers to desserts.
The miles-long sandy beach at Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor Wiggins Park is accessible by foot or by bicycle (10 minutes) via secure traffic-calmed paths. By car you are in appr. 3 minutes at the beach. With the annual season parking card included in the rental price you can park for free directly at the beach entrance. From here you can take long beach walks or enjoy the beautiful impressive sunsets over the Gulf. Also for families with children the wide and fine sandy beach and the calm sea offer the ideal rest.
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well as easily accessible by bike. The Mercato Dining and Shopping Center is now considered the gourmet temple of Naples. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the house. Here gastronomy, shopping and nightlife are united. In the numerous restaurants with large outdoor areas, you can also enjoy pleasant outdoor dining on the respective terrace. Known and popular in Naples 'Blue Martini' Cocktail Lounge or Cavo with live music in the Mercato Center provide nightlife. Alternatively, a trip to the Irish Pub with draft beer is recommended.
Golf: Naples is the golf capital of the world. With over 90 golf courses, one inhabitant has more 'holes' here than anywhere else in the US. The nearest golf course is about 0,5 mile away.
The LA-Fitness Studio can be reached by bike in 10 minutes (day tickets available), as well as the public and free to use tennis courts.
If you like to go to the cinema, you will find a large cinema with the latest films in the Mercato Center.
Even for young people the location is ideal. In max. 10 minutes by bike they can be at the beach, cinema, burger restaurants, cafes, shopping center etc.
McDonalds, Subway and Dunkin Donuts are also just around the corner.

Das Haus hat eine einmalige Lage mit wirklich sehr kurzen Wegen sowohl zu den Stränden als auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der in der Miete inkludierte Jahrespass für die Florida State Parks war für uns eine Große Bereicherung und wurde auch ausgiebig genutzt. Hier lässt sich viel Geld sparen. Das Objekt ist vollständig und hochwertig ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Sollte einmal etwas Anliegen innerhalb des Aufenthaltes gibt es eine Hausverwaltung vor Ort deren Reaktionszeit unglaublich gut ist. Diese ist auch deutschsprachig und hilft innerhalb weniger Stunden. Alles in allem haben wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt gehabt, bei dem es an nichts gefehlt hat.

Wir haben 17 wunderbare Tage in der Villa Royal Palm verbracht. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zeitnah und sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und haben das Haus für 2025 erneut reserviert. Fünf Sterne, eindeutige Empfehlung.

Kinderspielzeug , Fahrrädern und Strandstühlen lassen einen nichts vermissen .Die Abende ( oder auch Nachmittage ) auf der überdachten Terrasse am Pool, ungestört durch Mücken durch den Screen und ergänzt durch einen Webergrill sind Urlaub pur ! Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer klappte hervorragend und der Beach-Pass für den kostenlosen Strandurlaub ( incl. Parkung ) ergänzte das "rundum-sorglos-Urlaubs-Paket " Wir kommen wieder

The location, is close to the beach and close to Mercatocenter. It is clean and has a beautiful pool. You can go by byke to the beach. It is a great place for familys! We enjoy it any time we come here. We will come again!

Wir dürften 10 Tage in dieser schönen Villa verbringen, wo es an nix fehlte, volle Innenausstattung, Pool, Netflix Strandutensilien, Fahrräder, Kinderspielzeug und als Highlight eine Parkkarte für die Florida State Parks und und und.... Top Lage zum Strand, Einkaufen, Gaststätten usw. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und kommen bestimmt gern mal wieder. Und sollte mal ein kleines Problem auftreten, gibt es eine sehr nette , deutsch sprechende Hausverwaltung, die sofort zur Stelle ist, genauso wie die Erreichbarkeit der netten Vermieterfamilie. Das Einzige was zu bemängeln ist, dass es Gäste gibt, die mit den kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Strandutensilien nicht sehr sorgsam umgehen.

This 3-bedroom home located in Naples Park had everything you could want for entertainment, the pool, and the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were more than enough towels and sheets, all clean. The location of the beaches was great as well as being close to Mercato(restaurants and shopping) , CVS, Publix and Trader Joe's. The pool area was relaxing and private. The owner and property manager were easy to contact and responsive.

Paul B.Excellent pool home in a great location in Naples (FL)
We had the pleasure of spending first 4 months of 2022 in this wonderful spacious home. The home is in excellent location close to the beach and all shopping in North Naples. It is only a 15-20 minute drive down route 41 from 5th Ave. restaurants and shops. Home has a large 28’x14’ heated pool with several lounge chairs and table and chairs for outdoor dining. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 full bath home with all amenities one needs. Large screen TVs in 3 rooms, 2 King-size beds and 2 twin-size that can be made into another king size bed. It has a den with a desk and computer monitor where you can work from home. All furniture is in excellent condition. The owners are wonderful and very responsive people. They have Homewatch service that is always available to resolve any issue though we had only a couple and they were addressed next day. While home cleaning is not included they had recommended a service that owners use and it was less expensive than getting one on your own: We loved staying at the home and highly recommended it if you are looking to enjoy your time in Naples. PS. While the North Naples is transitioning to a more upscale neighborhood and has a lot of new construction going on, it is safe, quiet, dog-friendly and best deal in Naples if you want to stay walking distance to the beaches.

Beautiful home away from home. The house is ample, clean, very comfortable and we'll equipped. Check-in was easy and we couldn't ask for more. From the beds to the kitchen and the pool, you'll find everything you need to spend a relaxed vacation. Location is perfect, near the beaches, with Walmart and Publix three minutes away. We loved it to went by bike to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had a great time and we wish to repeat the experience for sure.
