Getting to Palms Over Water Villa could not be easier, it is a short drive(20-25 minutes) to both Fort Myers Airport(RSW) and Punta Gorda Airport(PGD). Spend your time vacationing and less time driving!
You will only be 12 minutes from the Cape Coral Yacht Club, which has a small beach. Bigger beaches like Ft. Myers Beach & Bunche Beach are only 25 to 35 minutes away by car. Other nearby beaches include Sanibel Beach, Naples Beach & Captiva Beach. These beaches are usually 40 to 55 minutes depending on traffic.

This is a beautiful home, nicely decorated. It is clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family of six to spread out. Kitchen is on the small size but it is modern and fully functional and met all of our needs (we cooked one meal each day). A quality Weber Grill did a great job on New York Strip Steaks and some red snapper! The pool was great - kids spent a LOT of time in it. Lanai was a wonderful spot to hang out and do nothing. Location is excellent - a full-service grocery store, plus Wal-Mart, Walgreens, etc., are within five minutes. Only downside is we didn't have enough time to enjoy all the ameneties (i.e. we didn't get a chance to fish and only had time for one brief kayak trip). Oh, and the traffic is ridiculous, but that's SW Florida for you! Day trips to Audubon Corkscrew Center in the Everglades, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island - all within an hour drive. I would recommend this to my friends with NO reservations.

We had wonderful stay at the Palms Over Water Villa! This was easily one of the cleanest and fully stocked rentals we've stayed in. Brad was a great host - lots of information provided upfront and he responded quickly with questions. The rental was stocked with fishing equipment, kayaks, beach equipment (chairs, coolers, sand toys, etc), towels, pool toys, bikes, and kitchen items, which included many spices (huge bonus if you plan to cook). The rental was centrally located with easy access. The outdoor space was nice furnished with a fan, tv and large pool. We would definitely stay here again, if ever in the Cape Coral area again.

My family and I had a great time at Palms Over Water! The house is decorated cute and beachy! Everything was very clean and stocked with what we needed. We had plenty of towels and clean sheets. We recently stayed at Brad’s vacation home and were very happy with all it had to offer. Decor is very tasteful, Florida beach theme. House is very spacious with a lovely pool and sitting area down on the canal. Brad has anything you would possibly need at his rental. The only thing I missed was a more spacious lanai for lounge chairs around the pool. Brad was very attentive and always ensuring we were happy. We would most definitely rent from him in the future.

This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our family reunion. We were three couples, one child, with room for all. The pool and outdoor area is where we spent most of our time. There is plenty of seating and pool toys! Our fisherman enjoyed the dock and the friendly neighbors who gave suggestions on bait, critters to look for and other fishing tips. A bonus of this home- the feathery neighbors! The sub species of burrowing owls that Cape Coral is known for. Watch for them as you drive down the street. Brad has a guest book with local info that was helpful in finding outings/restaurants that were enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the pleasure of spending three months in this lovely home this winter. The house was very modern with all of the necessities needed to make it feel like we were living in our own home. There was a fully equipped kitchen and gas grill which made it easy to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house was very clean which made it easy to maintain during our stay. Some of the best times were relaxing in the large heated pool or sitting on the dock after a hard day on the golf course. The house is centrally located making it easy to get too many of the beaches and attractions in the area. Jill and Brad were excellent hosts and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Our stay was one of the best vacation stays we have ever had. The owners of the property are extremely cooperative, caring and kind. The house was beyond clean and so convenient to so many shops, restaurants, beaches, and fun spots. Everything there was in tip top working condition, even when a light burned out, the owners had a repairman there the same day! Waking up each morning, and sitting by the canal having our morning coffee was such a delight. We enjoyed the convenience of fishing whenever we wanted, and the amenities offer everything we needed to do that and more. I just can't say enough about our stay. When traveling back to Cape Coral, I no longer have a decision to make as to where I will stay. Palms Over Water Villa has won my heart!

Spacious, open, modern home with a huge pool. This was the perfect getaway for our girls trip. Brad is a very attentive and accommodating host. Answers questions or concerns almost immediately. Property is very clean and well maintained. Three bedrooms and two baths were more than enough room for all of us. Ample closet or storage space. It would also be a great place to bring the family. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked. Pool toys galore and paddle boards for water activities. Enjoyed drinking coffee out on the dock overlooking the canal. Lots of wildlife! Just a short drive to many of the beaches that FL has to offer. Overall POW was the perfect place to relax with great friends! We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I have visited many places over the years. We have stayed at many different types of condos, hotels, and vacation rental homes. This home by far is the best we have stayed at. The home has all the amenities you could need or think of. The home and property are immaculate from front to back. We wanted a relaxing trip and this home was it. There are many places to eat, shop and play nearby this home. It is located in a very clean and very quiet neighborhood. The home is again, immaculate, and has more than enough space to be comfortable. My wife and I decided to eat out only one time while we were visiting, and the appliances, amenities, plentiful dishes and cookware were very nice and also clean. The home was completely ready to welcome us and come in ready to enjoy our vacation. The outside area is very nice with the screened in patio with an inviting pool that was also clean and ready for enjoyment. The owners are very responsive, friendly and proud of their property they offer for others to enjoy. Depending on what you or your family and friends are wanting to do, there is many options from only minutes to about 30 minutes distance from the home. We will definitely look into the availability of this home again in the future. We highly recommend this home for an excellent vacation home. This home, property and area were beyond expectations. The whole home is more than comfortable. If we could give more than the 5 star rating we would give it the highest possible. We can't say enough about our stay and the home. We can not say enough great things about this gorgeous vacation home! The home was incredibly clean, the layout was great, the beds were extremely comfortable and the home was very well stocked with towels, dishes, pool toys etc. We really loved the modern decor and "beachy" colors. We traveled with our two kids who really enjoyed the sunshine and teal rooms, they LOVED the pool (we could hardly get them out:) and they really enjoyed calming down at night in the comfy living room with the Smart TV. Which was awesome to log into our Netflix and Amazon. My husband and I loved relaxing on the outdoor sectional watching the kids swim and having a cocktail at night. We spent most our time around the pool! We also had so much fun with the ring/string game by the pool! Hours of laughs and entertainment! The location is excellent. We rented a car and could get to any restaurant or shop with ease. We also rented a boat one day and cruised to Fort Myers Beach. We would stay at this home time and time again! Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful inside and out. It was so spacious and clean inside and the outside is well laid out. The screened in pool was icing on the cake! The kids enjoyed daily dips and the pool toys that were available to use. The house is also uniquely situated on the canal, so we were able to bring our Key West 219 along with and dock it for the entire weekend. Such a lovely ride through the town via canals out to the river (about 20min). From the river we were able to ride to the various islands and restaurants. We highly recommend the Boat House tiki bar and grill. The rental had everything you could think of available for use and the WiFi was fast. The neighborhood is very quiet, even on the holiday weekend. If you’re looking for much needed time off, this is the place to relax. Brad was very receptive and easy to get in touch with; even checked in to make sure everything was good. I’d highly recommend this home to rent out.

Such a lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood. The home had all the amenities you could want at your disposal. Being on the canal, allowed us to bring our boat and not have to fuss at the boat ramps. Having the screened in pool was delightful for the whole family, especially the kids. We will definitely be back. Loved the home! Loved the town!

The first thing you notice walking through the door is how clean and well decorated this home is. It is the perfect place for a couple, a family, or a group of friends, as it very spacious, with all the amenities you would need for a Florida vacation. The pool is an excellent place to start and finish the day, after visiting the many locations that Cape Coral has to offer. With so many restaurants and stores near by, you will not go hungry. Cooking at the house was easy, as the owners have thought of everything that you would need. We spent some time kayaking the canal system with the provided kayaks, which made for some great sightseeing right from the dock.I will come back to Palms Over Water Villa without a doubt! It is an amazing home away from home.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay while visiting southwest Florida, Palms Over Water Villa is awesome!! It’s newly renovated with brand new furnishings, private swimming pool, boat dock and all the amenities you need! The perfect place to relax, we loved it!!

We had a great time at POW Villa. Beautiful property. This house was really amazing: new, modern, clean, great lay out, and has everything you could want. The beds were super comfortable, bathroom had plenty of towels, and the shower pressure was very good! The pool was very spacious and overlooked the canal. We spent hours per day in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. Property owners were super responsive and easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved staying here and would rent here again!
