Located on a peaceful canal with side and adjacent lots undeveloped for extreme PRIVACY! Enjoy area attractions on nearby Pine Island and Matlacha, within 7 miles of home. Prestigious Pelican neighborhood in desirable SW Cape Coral.
*Full view screened lanai with extra deep heated pool, hot tub, pool color changing lights, bar-b-que grill with accessories, lounge chairs, seating area with couches, chairs, tables, ceiling fan and 40" TV equipped with Xfinity Cable, Netflix, and other media apps.
*Well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, granite island, stainless refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, deep stainless sinks, plenty of glass and plastic drink wear, Ninja blender, Cuisinart Coffee Maker, New pots and pans, silverware, and dish and bowl servings for 10.
*Master bedroom has king size bed, 40" TV with cable service, sliding doors leading to pool and hot tub. Attached master bath with tiled walk-in shower and pool door access to lanai.
*The first guest room has a queen size bed, television, plenty of closet space, dresser and bathroom next door.

About the owner: Keith Dalla Costa, owner/operator of Villa Costa was born and raised near Chicago Illinois. Keith and his brothers relocated to Cape Coral in 2006 and began Dalla Costa Brothers Construction, which is currently operating successfully in Cape Coral, Florida.

This was our 11th Christmas in CC. We have stayed in many houses. This one has the best canal view and privacy of them all. Every day on the lanai was a treat with so much wildlife. There are comfy couches and chairs for all. Fishing was fun and the pool was great. The beds provided excellent sleep and all the amenities made it feel like home. The location was nice as well. We plan to return.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The house and all the amenities were just perfect! It was definitely hot outside while we were there, so the pool was perfect for cooling off! My family caught all kinds of fish in the canal. We had to look up to see what some of them were. Keith and Sheron were absolutely wonderful! Thank you both for everything!! We will be back!!!

Our months stay at Villa Costa was a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet time. Everything you need is here. From the pool to the hot tub to the mullet jumping in the canal every night. There are bikes in the garage to use and a quiet low traffic neighborhood for walks. Beds were comfortable and place is nicely decorated. We stay in Cape Coral every year for a couple months and this became one of our favorites. It’s smaller than many we rented at probably 1400 sq ft or so but it feels like home. Just right Owners Keith & Sharon are responsive to any questions you may have. Thank You - we hope to return soon.

We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived and were able to park in the garage, out of the heat which was nice for loading/ unloading. The bedrooms were cozy and had plenty of space (the closets too). We loved being able to sit outside either in the shade or in the sun by the pool. We used the grill, swam in the pool and used the hot tub every day and thoroughly enjoyed them. Considering it was March, we weren't sure how the weather would be for swimming but the owners assured us that the pool would be warm and it was perfect (84 degrees, I think) . The pool lights made it quite appealing to swim in the evening too. There are smart tv's in all of the bedrooms and out by the pool. The wifi was fast and we could use our electronics without lagging. Pots and pans, utensils, bath and beach towels, and basically anything you might need are provided without having to bring extra luggage with daily supplies. There is a snook light in the canal behind the house and at night we went out and saw loads of fish. The hosts are superb! They responded with any questions we had in just a few minutes. After our stay I wasn't sure how quickly the deposit would be returned and we received it before I could think twice! I almost hate to tell people how much we loved it here because we'll have more competition for the dates I would want to stay!We highly recommend Villa Costa and hope to stay there again!

My husband and I arrived at this beautiful home on April 7th. When we opened the front door, we were amazed how beautiful and clean this house was. All the little extras like plush robes in the master bedroom, special soaps and waters waiting for us in the fridge were a pleasant surprise. We spent ALL our time outside either in the lanai, the heated pool or fishing in the canal. We actually saw a manatee swim by one day. My daughter and my young granchildren came to visit and truly had the best vacation. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. This home is close to everything. We went to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers and Naples. All within a 1 hour drive. I HIGHLY recommend renting this beautiful home. You will not be disappointed. Sharon and Keith are wonderful hosts.

I could list the standard comments but you can read those in the other reviews on this page. I will say that they are all true !! Since I retied 15 years ago we have rented about 20 houses. Most felt like a rental house the minute you walked through the door. We felt completely at home from the first minute to the last minute of our stay in Villa Costa. From the biggest to the smallest detail Keith and Sharron are totally committed to making your stay enjoyable. If you are reading this review contemplating a stay I promise you won't be disappointed !! There is no doubt we will return !!!

I recently stayed at Villa Costa in Cape Coral. The villa was beautilfully decorated, very clean and not one thing missing we needed for the entire week. The pool and view is just as you see it clean, warm and ready to jump in. The location was great. We were able to visit Sanibel, Captiva, Ft. Myers and even Sarasota. Family friendly Villa I will definetly come back to.

Couldnt have been happier with our stay here! We walked in and the place was super clean, organized and well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed all of the recommendations they left and appreciated how well organized and accommodating the hosts were. It was a great place go relax, enjoy the pool and hot tub and enjoy some of the comforts of home instead of staying in a small hotel room! I would 100% not hesitate to stay here again!

Our group of 5 absolutely loved the house! Our favorite hangout was the lanai & pool with the best panoramic canal view in Cape Coral. They had everything you need for the beach and pool. Perfect location…minutes from Matlacha/Pine Island & short drive to Sanibel/Captiva Islands & Ft Myer beaches. And so many great restaurants (favs were RumRunners, The Boathouse, Yucatán, & Miceli’s) nearby. Sharon was a pleasure to work with from the beginning and very responsive during our stay. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay! Thank you so much for the great location and memories!

This cozy Villa Costa home is close to so much! The house was well stocked from the kitchen to the linens to the laundry room I didn’t need for anything. The furniture throughout the home was comfy and great quality. Great location to everything in Cape Coral and beach front restaurants. House is as pictured and described. No need to bring shower or beach towels or any kitchen cooking supplies as they are provided. We loved the Tommy Bahama Beach chairs took them to the beach with the cooler provided.. We enjoyed eating our meals pool side on the lanai. The Master and guest bedroom mattresses and pillows are super comfy! The view from the patio was lovely and my favorite part of the day. Having a very nice pool and hot tub to enjoy. The place has everything you need for a nice relaxing getaway. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and it was close to all the wonderful beaches near by Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva, Matlache. On top of a wonderful experience with the house, Keith/Sharon is an awesome host and great communicator! We look forward to staying again!! The welcome basket was a nice touch and very thoughtful. There was plenty of room and space for everyone to be comfortable. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Don't forget to check the welcome book lots of great tips and recommendations! This was a amazing vacation home it was like leaving our home and going to second home pictures do no justice with kids there is so much going on at this house pool hot tub and great fishing right out the back door the house was just plan perfect I can’t think of much more that could make it better if you think the pictures of it are nice wait till you pull up to it I loved it so quiet at night it was awesome and close to everything we have done booked again for next year lol the owners are absolutely awesome as well down to earth and will do what ever they can to make your stay nothing short of amazing thank you guys so much can’t wait till I get back there next year

Stayed at this house for a week and it was fantastic! Location was great! Had a wonderful time. Hit all the beaches around this home. So much to do and the weather was perfect.
