Welcoming Villa with all the Home Comforts you're likely to need.

I'll be totally honest, I was a little sceptical when I booked this as you hear horror stories about booking villas through the web rather than through a travel agent. The owner kept me informed all the way through, answering any questions I had promptly. I booked the villa for a party of 12 and when we arrived the size, position and facilities scored me major 'brownie points' with the family. It's spacious and has everything you could want/need and at such a competitive price for what you get.But don't take it from me - here's some comments from the family that they gave me when I asked them for their thoughts: HMW - Felt like home, welcoming with many home comfortsFamily friendly, secure and plent of information provided prior to departure from UK. AJM - Safe and secure. Safe feeling neighbourhood. The main pool and complex (gym, bar etc.) are superb and well worth a visit. PJW - Nicely laid out, lovely pool & hot tub. Wellequipped and space for everyone. OMW - Brilliant place to stay. Plenty of space for the whole family. Comfortable beds and sofas and superb power showers.To sum up - everything is pretty much thought through with plenty of everything you're likely to need (especially towels). And with help on site should you have any issues, and the owner just a message away at all times, it sets your mind at peace. Would I stay here agian? Abso-bloody-lutely. Fantastic 6 out of 5.

Stunning

Firstly, the accommodation was exactly how it looked online. Very clean, spacious and decorated to a high standard. The children loved the beautifully decorated bedrooms, the adults had space to relax and take time out on their own if needed. My favourite chill out zone was the blue sofa upstairs, so comfortable and correctly described as a sleeping pill by the owner! I like a wee nap on rest days. The resort itself felt very safe and the Soleterra amenities are perfect when you want a chilled day away from the parks. The parks were between 30-45 minutes by car, depending on the time you travelled. Champions Gate was a short drive away, where we’d go for Publix, or a choice of restaurants and take away venues.Secondly, the owner Chris. He was by far the best owner, we’ve rented a villa from. Very attentive, from answering questions about the villa to guiding us through our first hurricane experience.I would HIGHLY recommend booking this accommodation.

Very nice holiday - plenty of space - lots of crockery and cutlery - pool great and clubhouse too! Daily garbage collection excellent, Owner gave a late check out and was very responsive to our messages.

Fantastic villa ideal size and location

Recently stayed at the heroes vacation home on the Soltera resort Davenport and have to say it is the best villa we have stayed at in Florida. The villa was spotless and had all the home comforts required to make our stay the most pleasurable we have had during all our holidays to Florida. The location is ideal for all your trips to Disney and Universal parks with plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive or Uber cab. Communication from Chris the owner was always prompt and informative. I would highly recommend this villa for your vacation to Florida.

Spacious Family Retreat

We just got back from a ten day vacation staying at this spacious family retreat in Davenport, FL. The house is very spacious with lots of room for multiple families, especially because it has three master bedrooms. Checking into the house was very easy and directions were very accurate. The door is automatically set to let you in right at 4:00 p.m. We got there a little early and tried the code at 3:59 p.m. and it wouldn't work, lol. We enjoyed relaxing and swimming in the private pool as well as cooking our own meals in the updated modern kitchen. The ice maker was one of the best ice makers I've seen in a vacation home. The owner was very responsive and stayed in touch throughout the entire process from booking to checking in and out. He was also very informative and offered many suggestions for activities to do in the Orlando area if you've never been there before. He provided top notch customer service

Spacious Family Retreat

We never ran out of ice and you really need it for hot Florida summer days. The house was clean, updated, had modern decors. The AC was automatically set by the management company. I didn't read the thermostat, but whatever they had it set at was very comfortable for the entire house. The location is a little more further south of the theme parks than I had originally thought. However, even with traffic we got to the theme parks within 20 to 25 minutes. The owner was very responsive and stayed in touch throughout the entire process from booking to checking in and out. He was also very informative and offered many suggestions for activities to do in the Orlando area if you've never been there before. He provided top notch customer service. The only downfall of this house is that it's in the Solterra resort. The resort is very busy with one way in and one way out. Traffic into the resort really backs up onto the main roads during check in times and check out times. It made it hard to leave the house during these times to go get grocery or run errands. Also, we paid the fee to use the rec center and pools, but was never able to get in. It was very busy around the clock. Once the rec center reaches capacity, you have to wait in a line to get in. We tried it twice and it was such a hassle, we just decided to enjoy the private pool at the house. Sad, because we never got to try the lazy river. Even with these inconveniences, I would still rent this house again.

Fantastic Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at Heroes Vacation Home and are already looking to book again!We absolutely love this beautiful villa. It is in the perfect setting. Modern, spacious and excellently well equipped, it really does tick all the boxes. Our children love the themed bedrooms and the swimming pool.Chris is always so helpful throughout the booking process, answering any questions and offering advice and tips.We highly recommend this villa and are looking forward to returning for our third stay in the coming years!

Absolutely wonderful family vacation

We recently had an amazing family vacation at Heroes Vacation home. There was more room than the nine of us needed. The home was perfect and the pool and patio couldn’t have been any better. Unfortunately, the eleven days flew by too quickly, as there is a lot to do in the Orlando area. We had an infant with us and appreciated the crib, high chair and stroller that were conveniently provided. Definitely thinking about coming back next year. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Home, Great Owner

We have been booking homes in Florida for many years, this one is right at the top of the list. Everyone in our group and even our visitors were impressed with the house. The open floor plan and multiple bedrooms ensured that we had plenty of room for everyone. The house was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We've stayed places where you barely have enough towels for each guest, and that was not the case here. There were plenty of both bathing towels as well as pool towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to actually cook and eat at the house.The owner made a world of difference. He answered any question we had and responded quickly no matter the hour or the question. Dealing with an actual owner that cared instead of a management company was quite a change and I would definitely recommend booking a home that you don't have to use a management company.The south facing pool is set back on the property compared to the pools next to it so you have the most privacy I've seen at a rental. The only nit-picking thing that anyone could find to complain about was the size of the pool. It's a little smaller than other homes, but the outdoor living space and loungers make up for it. There was plenty of room to lay in the sun, or sit in the shade while everyone being outside. The pool and hot-tub worked without issue and were both very clean.The neighborhood is quiet with the only drawback being the rush hour traffic getting to and from the house. But once you learn the patterns, it's easy to avoid. We didn't use the resort amenities this year, but we have in years past and the pools, lazy river and hot tubs are very well cared for and clean. They can get crowded during busy times, which is why we book a house with a private pool.We will definitely be looking to book this again in the future.

A Magical Retreat: Our Unforgettable Stay at Heroes Vacation Home

We visited recently as a party of 3 adults and a toddler. It was a privilege to stay at Heroes Vacation Home.The Villa completely surpassed our expectations.The cleanliness of the home was immediately apparent. The modern design combined with practical open plan living created an environment that was practical and aesthetically pleasing.The facilities in the home were everything we had wished for and more. The expansive space comfortably accommodated our group; in fact, with a stunning seven bedrooms on offer, we found that there was more room than we actually needed. A lovely surplus indeed!The location of the home was simply unbeatable for us. Its proximity to Disney was a massive advantage, it allowed us to make trips quick and easy with all Disney parks reachable in ~20 mins.One of the standout features of the home was, without doubt, the outdoor area. We made daily use of the hot tub and swimming pool – a perfect way to unwind after an exhilarating day at the parks. We loved the wonderful surroundings of a 'nature reserve' style area around the pool and hot tub, it made for some stunning sunrises and sunsets. The tranquility and beauty this offered only increased our enjoyment at Heroes Vacation Home.We also need to mention the fantastic contribution that the home owner made throughout our overall booking experience. The process was seamless from start to finish, showcasing the homeowner's remarkable knowledge and passion for everything orlando and Disney ensuring we had a memorable stay.We can't wait for our next stay at the "Heroes Vacation Home". We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home, regardless of whether you require all seven bedrooms or not. The house, location, facilities, and superb homeowner all culminate into an unforgettable experience making it worth every penny (or cent).

This villa is a must stay

I’ve just got back from a 3 weeks stay. I cannot recommend this villa enough. It’s absolutely stunning. The location is perfect with easy access on and off the gated resort. The road is quiet and peaceful and the backdrop from the pool is looking out on to nature. Champions gate is just round the corner with restaurants and a supermarket , McDonald’s etc which costs just $7 in an Uber to get to and It’s close to the I4 to get to the parks The villa is huge , with everything you can imagine you need for your stay and more. First impressions were how spotlessly clean it was. Then there’s the added details of bows on the toilet rolls and personal shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottles in every bathroom. There is an abundance of personal towels and pool towels at the property also, which is a lovely touch and Loads of hangers in all the wardrobes . The pool is a salt water pool which is amazing and great for the skin and the hot tub is a stunning with powerful jets and gets lovely and warm and the pool lighting gives a beautiful ambience in the evenings . The beds are soo comfy too . My bedroom had a massive walk in wardrobe and all the rooms have extremely large wardrobes with more than enough space. There’s tv’s in every room and a tv and comfortable seating in the pool area plus two relaxing lounges with large TVs . There is everything you need in the kitchen , lots of all types of glasses and everything you need to cook with . We loved having relaxing days and evenings at the villa. We’ve been to Orlando several times, but Heroes Vacation Villa has been by far the best Villa we’ve ever stayed in by far. The owner is so friendly and happy to give advice on anything you ask, nothing is too much. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. We can’t wait to go back !

Fantastic holiday lovely villa

This was our first time staying in a villa and we really didn’t know what to expect. From the moment we walked in we knew we had made the right choice. The pool is private and not overlooked at all. Wonderful for when you come back from a long day in the parks. We had many an evening all sitting around the pool relaxing. The location is perfect and only a 20 minute drive to Disney. The villa is well stocked with everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. Chris the owner was extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions and really very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here and we will hopefully be back soon. Natalie

Magical family holiday

We were a family on 10 - spreading across 3 generations - on a 14 day holiday with the theme parks of Disney & Universal at the core of our trip. The house with its 7 bedrooms & ample space to find a quiet corner if needed was perfect. The 5 bedrooms upstairs accommodated both children & parents & allowed quieter bedrooms downstairs for grandparents. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all relevant equipment & the 8 pax dinner table allowed us to eat together when required. The pool was used extensively - the buzzer which sounds within 20 secs when exiting the house to take a dip, whilst initially irritating, was quickly accepted & even the little ones took it on board. In summary a perfect holiday house. Our only frustration? The community centre pool, slide & lazy river is great - but is horrendously busy. To be avoided.

Amazing stay at a stunning, fantastically equipped and homely villa with the added benefit of 2 lounge areas and arranged over two floors

The Heroes Vacation Home provides a perfect home and location for your special holiday in Florida. It is beautifully designed and decorated with absolutely EVERYTHING you need for a relaxing and truly comfortable stay. We loved coming back to it of an evening after a crazy day in the parks and relaxing by the pool side with a cold drink and a bite to eat! The layout of the villa is great with the upstairs lounge area in particular being a cosy, comfy place to chill out and chat before heading to bed or watch some TV to unwind! Beds very comfortable with good quality linen! The kitchen is well equipped, spacious and bright. All the bathrooms and showers are of high quality and powerful flow - plenty of bath towels and the added benefit of mountains of pool towels. Laundry facilities great, games room - great if you have the energy! To say we had the best holiday is an understatement and we would definitely love to return again some day soon. Chris, the owner, was so helpful before, during and after our stay - with so much knowledge of the area and tips - thank you again. The location is perfect for everything - parks, shopping, restaurants - and to have the added benefit of the club house etc which was great - especially if you have younger kids - adds up to the perfect holiday spot! We only wish we had had more time to enjoy the villa as we were so busy with so much to fit in. Thoroughly recommend Heroes Holiday home to anyone!

Superb villa

Fabulous stay in this luxurious villa. Loads of space, comfy beds, short drive to all the key places in Florida. Kids loved the games room in the garage. 7/11 at the end of the road for supplies. Luxury stay in peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

We stayed at heroes villa for three weeks and I can honestly say it was absolutely stunning.The villa is very private as is not overlooked and the street it is located on is lovely and peaceful.The minute we stepped through the front door we felt safe and comfortable. The alarm system is very reassuring especially for us being our first time in the states. We loved that the upstairs was fully carpeted as it felt like home from home. The sofas were a god send to lie on after a busy day at the parks and everything felt clean and finished to the highest standards.We are still talking about the amazing pool area and the precious times we spent in the gorgeous outside space.The other thing to mention which really helped was how Chris the owner of the villa was so very quick to answer any queries we had and this was from the minute we booked to coming home, we all said this added to the trip as his advise was invaluable. I would not hesitate to book this villa you will not be disappointed.

From start to finish we had a wonderful experience at the villa. The place was just beautiful and had everything we needed.
