We have stayed in Naples for 9 winters and this year was our favorite. Not only was Suraya, the owner extremely pleasant and easy to deal with, the house location, and beautifully decorated home was everything we could asked for.The house was fully equipped with everything needed in every area. Very comfortable beds, with a nice big tv in the Master bedroom which I loved. The tv in the family room is also a gem, with plenty of couch space for relaxing.The pool was warm, clean, inviting and the lanai was a great place to hang out and made a great workspace for my husband!!!I can't recommend this place enough. I didn't have to bug Suraya for anything ;-) She was amazing in every area. Don't miss out, book it now!!! You won't be sorry!Also, the location is quiet and near a ton of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, beach, etc.I can't wait to return :-)

This property was wonderful. House was very clean and nicely organized. We also had everything for the beach, cooler, kids toys and beach chairs. Delnor - Wiggins Beach is 5 min away from the house.

stayed for the month of April 2022. Suraya and Phil were perfect hosts and very easy to communicate with. Responded quickly to any question or concerns we had.House was exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed and well stocked with dishes. Plenty of towels and linens. A few items we requested and they sent them right away.House is the perfect location. Close to shopping/restaurants and beaches. You could even walk to most places and beaches if you wanted to.Private pool was a nice bonus with a large lanai that you could sit out in and enjoy your morning beverage. Yard is fenced and private.We have no complaints and would definitely rent again or recommend.Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home and hope to be back.

Beautifully remodeled home with a new private pool within walking distance to the beach (1.5 miles)! I stayed here for 10 weeks (Jan-Mar. 2022) and worked remotely. The home is very well decorated and has a to-die-for kitchen. A huge screened lanai opens up to the very private pool area with new landscaping. There were ample beach towels, brand 4 new bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and more! I walked to the beach and back almost every day and didn’t need to deal with traffic and parking. Suraya was a fantastic host - very responsive to any questions/issues. My experience was perfect in every way and I hope to be back!
