We stayed in Roberto's oceanfront apartment in Jan 2022. From the start, Roberto was so easy to work with. He was patient (even when we were delayed arriving to the building on the first day) and his patience and kindness contributed to us having a stress free vacation. The building is in mid beach - it is quieter than other areas but easily accessible to wherever you want to go. The apartment itself was spacious and spotless and very comfortable for a family of 5. We have stayed in other apartments in this building and buildings nearby over the years and we all agreed, this was the best. We can't wait to return.

Cherie R.5151 Seacoast - Miami Mid Beach
This is my second stay in one of Roberto’s condos. He responded quickly by phone or text. Upon our arrival, he met us at the building and showed us around the building and condo. We had a beautiful view of the pool and beach. 3 TVs. Beds are comfortable. Both bedrooms have a view of the beach, as does the living space. The condo was very clean. The air conditioner worked great, each room had its own thermostat. I recommend Roberto, and his accommodations.This building is quiet, the pool and the beach always had chairs available. There is a nice Tiki restaurant/bar at the pool that is good! There is a hot tub also.We will stay again, can’t wait!

Lucia W.Amazing holiday in the perfect spot of Miami beach
I came to sea coast building with my husband and my two children (6 and 11 years old) to spend Xmas holidays. The apartment was very clean and the view on the ocean breathtaking! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Roberto welcomed us and showed us the apartment and the amenities of the building (gym, pool, beach with chairs and ombrellas). Everything was spotless. The condo is extremely clean and we felt very safe in these covid times. The location of the condo, few steps from the beach and board wlak is fabulous. We enjoyed our Chirstmas holidays so much that we decided to extend for another month.

Mario F.Seacoast Suites - Great Vacation Spot
We stayed in Suite 1219 at the Seacoast Suites from January 29th to February 9th, 2019. Before we even saw the accommodations, we knew this was going to be a very enjoyable stay. We were greatly impressed with the cheery disposition of the manager/owner Roberto. He took the time to give us the grand tour of the building, something we have rarely seen at other vacation places we stayed at in the past. You could tell he was very proud of his apartments with good reason. All the people we met during our stay were very cordial and pleasant. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Apartment very well located with a nice swimming pool and access to the beach with deckchair and parasol made available. The apartment is very good with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with linens provided. There's all the comforts. The most is the view from the balcony over the sea. Great!!!
