R M.A great stay in Cape Coral
We were visiting family to help them settle in to there new home in Florida. Being able to relax at Stacy & Mike’s beautiful town home made the trip a perfect adventure. The description in the listing was spot on…no surprises. Communication with the owners was easy and hassle free. The home was filled with all that we needed…even outdoor activities were covered by all the great stuff in the garage. Bikes,chairs,cooler, etc. The interior of the home was clean and spacious very comfortable…could not ask for anything better. The hosts did a superb job we will always ask to stay here when we return to Florida

This Condo is located in a great spot in Cape Coral. They provide anything you want for any activity. Bikes, Coolers, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Golf lots of beach chairs. We stayed in both of their places and they are both very nice. Mike and Stacey are very helpful and very easy to work with. Great value and we will use them again in the future.

My husband and I vacationed in Cape Coral for the first time this September. He was rrecuperating and we both needed to relax. Stacey and Mike's home was just what we needed. The thought they put into making sure their home was inviting, comfortable and beautiful was impeccible. We have stayed in a few different vacation homes over the years and this was definitely the best experience we have had. Their home was spotless. There was an abundance of towels, flatware, ktichen utensils, games, beach necessities, coloring books etc. The coffee station was made for your morning jolt! The pool was glorious, beds were comfortable, extra pillows and linen were redily available. The location was excellent, we weren't too far from Fort Myers and near a grocery store, across the way from a plaza with restaurants, delicious ice cream and the like. Communication from the owners was THE best. Even in the midst of a medical emergency they thought about us and our needs. I can't wait come come back with the family.

The location was amazing. It had all the amenities we needed to take a little trip to the beach. We especially loved the bikes. We were there for a family funeral and this home made our down time enjoyable in the midst of a sad event. Stacy was always available and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back.

This place was amazing! It was even better in person than the pictures. The place was immaculate and the host has done an amazing job to make sure you feel welcome and right at home. We loved all the extras offered by the host. They have made it where you can pack light, show up, and make memories. The kitchen is well stocked and they had everything you need to prep meals including spices and condiments. We were so impressed with the generosity of owner and loved that she checked on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. She even texted us some suggestions of places to visit and eat. We were so pleased and shocked to see everything you need for the beach is there for your use. We loved the location because it was a short drive to many beaches. It was a great trip and I would highly recommend this condo!

We loved the Condo so perfect for our stay ! Beautiful Condo the owners put so much love and care into this vacation home ! Brand new furnished so nice good sized rooms very beautifully furnished !Quiet and charming area , wonderful pool in the complex to use a bonus at the end of a fun day ! This was our first visit to Cape Coral so beautiful so many wonderful sites to visit all close to the Condo . Wonderful dinning Restaurants we loved them all they owners left a list of them to try they were all great ! Cape Coral a beautiful part of Florida to visit we surely would love to come back !

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Stacey was very thoughtful and responsive. The unit was clean, updated and had everything we could ever need. Kids loved all the beach toys/ gear, arcade machine, colouring books and puzzles. The kitchen was equipped with everything including condiments, keurig with k cups and new cookware. The owners really care about their guests having a great experience and it really shows through all the thoughtful touches found in the unit.Very impressed!

This condo is in a great location! Just minutes by car, foot or bicycle to great restaurants and shops. We stayed for a bicycle event in Cape Coral and the garage was very convenient for storing bikes helmets, etc before the race. Also, the hosts stock the condo with nice furniture, appliances and tableware. Would stay there again anytime!

Very clean updated comfortable spacious condo , great location. We were not very far from some beautiful beaches. Most within less than an hour drive. Weather was perfect. We visited Sanibel island which was my favorite spot! Great fishing for the boys and plenty of seashells to find strolling the beach for the girls. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back! A visit to the Lobster Lady restaurant is a must, just a quick walk across the street.

Our recent stay at Stacey’s in Cape Coral was perfect, very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The hostess thought of everything to make our stay very easy & enjoyable, bike’s, beach gear, a grill and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking a great family meal. Stacey’s is very close to great restaurants like the Lobster Lady, the Cape Harbor Marina shops and the drive to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva is absolutely amazing. We are already planning to go back in the spring.

This home was perfect for me and my family!! We loved it. We had some issues with the AC, that we didn’t even notice. Stacey had someone there to fix it in the next 10 minutes! She is very fast to reply and super sweet to talk to. Also, the house came with everything that you would want for a good beach day!! 10/10!!

You can walk to the Publix grocery along with a few restaurants and stores in that one plaza. Across the street, you can walk to many more restaurants, bakeries, pubs, etc.
