Our vacation home located in the heart of tropical Cape Coal/Fort Myers Florida.
Our three bedroom two bath pool home provides tranquility, privacy, and all the amenities you expect.
Close to shopping, beaches, golf and nightlife, Villa Paradise Island has been providing exceptional value for the past ten years.
Amenities include large beautiful screened in heated pool, Hot tub, outdoor shower, high-speed Internet access telephone, 4 large flat screens with sports package and movie channels like HBO, DVD’s, Book’s,
PlayStation, board games, bed linen, towels, beach towels, wireless indoor/outdoor speaker, new washer dryer, strong blender, dishwasher, ice maker
modern washer and dryer hair dryers in each bathroom, electronic safe, 4 burner BBQ-Grill,
beach chairs, sun umbrella for the beach, cooler box, float toys for the pool, lots of cooking utensils pots, pans, dishes for eight including outdoor glassware and dishes (unbreakable) ceiling fans, large outdoor dining table, lime tree to pic fresh limes .
Large private backyard and large outside screened area as well as a surfboard hi-top table and stools .
Hurricane proof windows and doors installed in 2018.
Master Bedroom
Villa Paradise Island has a large master that is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms providing exceptional privacy. It includes an on-suite bath with a glass shower, a walk in closet, an electric fireplace, 42 inch TV, room safe a high end bed and mattresses, chez lounge chair and a great view of the pool area through a soundproof hurricane proof window .
Guest bedrooms
Located on the opposite side of the house with a sliding barn door separating the two bedrooms from the living space and providing privacy for that area, a full bath with a tub shower combination provides amenity of the house. Both bedrooms have 32 inch televisions, alarm clocks, comfortable beds, a dresser, nightstand and large closet. Each also have a large soundproof hurricane proof window
Kitchen and Dinning area
A beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large fridge with an icemaker, toaster, coffee maker and of course a heavy duty blender to make those margaritas are available as are many other kitchen tools.
Three stools at the granite toped island provide a great area for coffee or those morning emails. Seating area is available for four as well as a dinning table for six in front of a panoramic bay window in the open concept dining area with a view of our two beautiful front yard foxtail palm trees
Living Room and Patio
The living room features a Huge 70 inch wall mounted flat screen tv a sectional couch, stereo system gaming system, DVD player, cd player, books, video games, DVD's and board games (for those rare rainy days) Large tinted slider doors open the whole living room up to the outside screened in area doubling the size of the 1600 square feet inside. BBQ, suntan, take a dip in the pool, try out the outdoor shower or just relax in the screened in very private hot-tub under the soft Edison lights above in this tropical paradise.
Other Areas
A private garage with a remote is provided for indoor parking to keep your car out of the heat. The linen closets have lots of towels and spare linens. The backyard is fully fenced in and our landscapers take meticulous care of our beautiful yard front and back. The pool and hot tub are maintained to the highest standards by our pool service and our cleaning staff are second to none. Emergency facilities service is available as needed. We also provide beach towels, chairs a beach umbrella and beach cooler

300 USD deposit security is to be paid in cash upon arrival, refunded in cash when you leave.

We ask that at least one renter is over the age of 25, proof of ID is required with the rental contract and the person who signs the contract must be one of the renters.
We are sorry but this is not a large pet friendly home.
This is a non-smoking non-vaping home, but you can smoke in the screened in Lanai area.
This house if for a maximum of six people and we do have a high chair and playpen for infants.
We do not accept bachelors/bachelorette parties or spring breakers.
We do not allow glassware in the pool area but we supply a large amount of non-breakable dishes, plates, cocktail and wine glasses and much more for outside use.
Rental Contract
The rental contract must be adhered to and the deposit payment schedule must be respected in order to assure your rental.
Contracted Services
Outdoor services including landscaper's and the pool/Hot-tub technician will visit the home on a weekly basis during daylight hours. They will not enter the home or bother you and their stay is very short. Cleaners will arrive before your rental as well as the property manager to ensure everything is in order. The cleaners will not return until you check out unless you request at your expense additional cleaning.
Property Manager
We have professional property manager that will check you in and check you out of Villa Paradise Island. They will take the time to explain the features of the home such as the pool heater, AC system and anything else you need to know including thigs about the local area. They will also read the electrical meter with you

Why must I leave a security deposit ?
We take a small security deposit to ensure the home is taken care of and the guests meet all of the checkout requirements. We have returned every penny deposited upon checkout in the last eight years.
IS this a safe area?
South west Cape Coral is one of the safest and friendliest areas in South West Florida
What are you terms during Hurricanes and Coved for cancelations?
Our terns are very liberal and in 2020 we refunded all guests who decided not to travel regardless of what the agreement
stated.
Hurricanes however will cause to need to evacuate so we can prepare the home for the storm. This is a lot of work and can take days. In the past there has been no power for weeks and all amenities closed. Food water gas etc. Yoo will be required to leave at your own expense and will not be able to return until the are and home are safe for use. It is your responsibility to purchase Hurricane insurance as no refund for lost days will be provided.

We returned to our Happy Place to get away from the Nebraska cold. My review from 2023 is a ditto for 2024. We really like quiet safe location; the neighbors are friendly, and it is only minutes away from dining/shopping. The outdoor pool, hot tub, pool and screened lanai is great, we grilled out dinner outdoors most of the days. Again, we would like to thank James and Fran for letting us rent their Florida home.

This is an absolutely perfect getaway!The house is very well equipped with everything you need especially the kitchen very well thought out and is a great layout.Our favourite place was outside in the lanai it is so spacious with nice sitting areas we had all or meals out there and enjoyed the lovely pool.The house is in a wonderful area close to shopping terrific restaurants and golf courses. The owners Fran and James are so accommodating and just a pleasure to deal with!

Bob H.Great 3 month vacation at the perfect home.
We stayed at the house January, February and March of 2023. I have read the past reviews and totally agree that this is the perfect place to snowbird or get away in the spring, summer and fall for a week or two. The central location in Cape Coral is ideal to travel a short distance to restaurants, tiki bar/grills, shopping and so much that is continually going on in Cape Coral. Cape Coral is not a sleepy community, there is so much to do there and in Ft. Myers. The heated pool, hot tub, large back patio with lanai was so nice to relax outdoors, enjoy grilling, dining and a cold drink. Having a garage to park our car inside was nice. The owners James and Fran were so accommodating, my wife and I consider them to be good friends. We will return for sure.

Wishing we could stay longer, was our only problem!! ha The house is modern, comfortable, has everything you will need and want. Kitchen has all the gadgets and updated appliances, although we used the gas grill when cooking, and only cooked some breakfasts on the stove. Lots of nice outdoor plastic plates, cups, beer and wine glasses etc for using outdoors, which we really appreciated. Bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious, esp primary bedroom, is very large wi. Living room is also spacious and comfortable. We never used the indoor dining, as we loved to sit outside for every meal, and there is a large outdoor table and chairs with pads. Would have loved an outdoor conversation set, as I admit I am a bit old to sit at a table and chairs over long periods!!! ha!. There are 6 lounge chairs and bar/stools but we did not use. This brings us to the large covered lanai and fantastic pool. We spent every afternoon and evening in the pool, and 90% of our time in the house was spent in the outdoor area. The gardens around the enclosed (caged) pool is so serene and beautifully planted, it was heaven to be outside as much as we could (we are from cold Ontario!). The back yard/pool is very secluded and private. For us this was the best part of our vacation, being at home with a pool. Although the Southwest of Florida has been devastated by Hurricane Ian, and many local businesses are starting to open up once again. The owner has the house in perfect repair. We found the house location to be perfect for a quick trip into Fort Myers for Costco runs and other shopping, and location was great for being central for touring the area. We visited local eateries and patios for sunsets and happy hours to support local businesses opening up once again. You can find lots of local news and information on-line. The community of Cape Coral is very friendly and interactive on-line. We found Cape Coral an easy location for venturing out to explore other communities: Marco Island, Naples, Siesta Key, Venice, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, North Fort Myers, Sarasota. We even got the high speed ferry from Fort Myers to Key West, it had been on hold since the hurricane (Key West Express, about 1/2 hour from house). One of the best convieniences for us was the easy interaction with the house rental company and the rental home owner. We did have a few questions, and they were quick, responsive and helpful. Thank you all. I hope I will have the opportunity to rent again.

What a great villa! Everything is in tip-top shape and modern. The villa is spacious with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool. There is plenty of space to relax and sit in the sun. The hot tub completes it!If you get up early you can admire the owls. From Cape Coral it is a good drive to the Ever Glades, Fort Meijers and the outlet mall. These are some of the places we went to.Do you want a carefree holiday and maximum enjoyment. Then look no further. This villa makes your holiday complete.

We would definitely recommend and stay here again! James was wonderful to work with, fast and clear communication. The property managers Manuel and Sue were excellent, polite, and fast to respond to the few issues we had. The house was clean, as pictured, and had everything you could need. The screened lanai was fabulous with the large pool, nice hot tub, plenty of seating, grill, lighting, outdoor shower and hook game. It was nice having a garage to keep the car cool, and a garden hose for cleaning sand off of shoes and beach gear. Very close to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. We really enjoyed watching the neighborhood endangered burrowing owls, too!

20 out of 10 rating!!! My family and I stayed at this house for 10 days and cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect! From booking to departure we were so happy with our choice. The house is super clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable relaxing vacation. The backyard pool area is the best! Very private and the pool and hotub are set at the perfect temperatures. This house is close enough to the beach for easy quick and access yet far enough from the noisy, tourist areas. In addition to the house the owners were great at communicating and giving insight on local activities, restaurants, golf courses etc. If you are looking for a vacation spot in the Fort Myers/Cape coral area look no further than Villa Paradise! It is the spot!!!

Jerry Van O.Villa Paradise Island property located in South West Cape Coral
We stayed at Villa Paradise Island located in South West Cape Coral in mid-April 2021. The pictures of this home do not do it justice! it is simply beautiful and very well equipped. Outside is a tropical private paradise with a lovely pool and relaxing hot tub that lights up with Edison bulbs at night.The entrainment center features a giant TV, around 75 inch’s perfect for sports and movies, all three bedrooms also have their own televisions. One feature that was very much appreciated was the workstation and extremely fast internet in front of the bay window, it was a great place to catch up on emails and a few things back home.The master bedroom is separated from the rest of the house with a fireplace and nice attached bath, the bed was also very comfortable. The two other bedrooms are located across the house with its own bath and a sliding door to close off that area from the main living area that makes a great privacy addition for additional guests.James and Fran the owners made everything flow well from check in to check out and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. The property managers and other staff (landscapers, cleaners, pool service) were all friendly and did a fantastic job.Everything you need from essentials like groceries and gas is nearby and local attractions from golf to beaches and nightlife are only a few minutes away. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property!

Kevin U.Spectacular Vacation Home!
My fiancé and I stayed in this rental for 2.5 months while visiting family in the area. We absolutely loved having a private pool in the backyard where we could cool off in the summer heat. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with cookware and plenty of dishes and silverware. We spent many evenings playing board games and doing puzzles on the giant dining room table. The JUMBO TV was extremely awesome in the living room when we just wanted some quiet TV time.The area is about 15 minutes North of Ft. Myers, and there is no shortage of things to do around the house. From this house you can get to multiple grocery stores, Target, Pharmacies within minutes. There are some very amazing restaurants as well as quick fast food options in Cape Coral all within a short drive.The neighbors were all extremely quiet, and aside from the fireworks on the 4th of July, it felt like we were the only ones around. We are definitely going to try to come back next summer again! The rental company and owner are incredibly nice, and quick to respond!

Not new to the Fort Myers/ Cape Coral area but it was my first time staying at this Villa. Beautiful place. Couldn’t get over how well maintained it was and the attention to detail with things like the little information booklet about the bars and restaurants in the area down to the bar and games in the pool area. It felt like staying at a resort. This Villa is close to everything. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our next vacation here has already been reserved

Amazing vacation home!!! Not only is it close to absolutely everything you need but you’ll actually never want to leave!! This place has it all, tons of room, pool, hot tub and plenty more amenities. I will be going every year with my family, there’s more then enough room for all of us and more!! Very clean and one of my favourite parts was being able to fully open the house to the back yard. Highly recommend to anybody!

Nice well kept home! Screened in pool area was a great spot to hang out in the late afternoon to evening. Close to tons of great restaurants... loved Duffy’s for Sunday afternoon sports and finger foods. Not far to beaches that we could always find a spot to park for a few bucks. Another plus of the home is well equipped kitchen to have those simple dinners you seek on lazy evenings. We are definitely looking to return.

A perfect home for a getaway to Florida to relax. This house was incredibly clean and and well furnished. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Everything needed for cooking onsite. Awesome location (grocery store, restaurants and bars a short distance away). The patio/pool area was amazing with an outdoor grilling area. Wonderful pool and hot tub! Central to not one but two benches. Not one issue throughout our weeks stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
