The floor plan of the house and the pool area gives you a very good impression of the generosity. In the east wing of the house is a separate lockable guest suite with bedroom with a double bed, separate bathroom and additional private living area and small kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, water connection and private access to the pool area. This guest suite is ideal if e.g. 2 families want to have a little privacy.

The house was designed in high-ceiling construction (the ceilings are up to 13 ft high), which further enhances the generous impression of the interiors.

The large pool (31 ft x 15 ft) is electrically heatable, the approximately 2.700 ft² pool area to the south side has a spacious covered terrace, which protects against sun and rain. The entire area is completely screen-protected to protect against insects, allowing a cozy barbecue (gas barbecue) by the pool until late at night. Outside the screen is another small terrace for guests who like to sit outside the screen.

With the available 4 bikes (free of charge) you are in 8-10 minutes at the beach, by car within about 3 minutes.

At the beach of Delnor Wiggins Park you can park for free with our annual ticket and save $ 6, - per day (this annual ticket also applies to all other state parks in Southwest Florida!).

In addition, the very good infrastructure allows you to make use of amenities in the immediate vicinity, such as restaurants, fitness centers, public tennis courts, various supermarkets with a wide range of fresh foods or enjoy the nightlife in the exclusive Mercato Center.

You can get bread rolls in the morning comfortably by bicycle. Coffee shop can be found right at the entrance of the housing estate and 'Dunkin Donuts' with super fresh donuts and muffins is also close. For dinner you can choose between steak, pizza, pasta, fish, etc., because the surrounding restaurants (about 13 in the Mercato Center with nightlife and many restaurants) can be reached by bicycle or are even within walking distance.

If you want to go to a bar or pub in the evening, then you should visit the nearby Mercato Center, which is 8 minutes away by bike or 3 minutes by car (free parking available).

For the children we provide toys (duplo), board games, puzzles and toys for the beach and pool, high chair, cot and life jackets.

Additional equipment: The study is equipped with a desk, wireless Internet access (free of charge), flat screen TV, PC screen, telephone, fax, printer and scanner.

The soccer fan will be pleased that a broadcaster transmits the German Bundesliga matches live.

You can reach all important destinations by bike within max. 10 minutes, by car in 3-4 minutes.

We personally enjoy the proximity to the Mecato Center (3-4 minutes by car or 8 minutes by bike), as we can choose our dinner here from around 16 different restaurants.

Area Information

Ideal, central beach location (west of the 41), as all major destinations (beach, numerous restaurants, shopping etc.) are within a radius of only 1 mile, so within walking distance, by bike or by car in only 3-4 minutes.

This location allows you to be very flexible and fast in your free time activities and in the evening you can watch the sunset at Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor Wiggins Park, then dine in the Mercato Center in one of the many restaurants in no time. The nearest supermarkets, Publix or WalMart Supercenter (open 24 hours) are also just 1 mile away. The exclusive supermarket Whole Foods Market with selected high-quality food (including organic products) is located next to the Mercato Center. Here you will find a wide selection of food such as meat, sausage, fish, fruit, vegetables, homemade fresh pastries and confectionery, numerous fresh food counters with ready-made food from appetizers to desserts.

The miles-long sandy beach at Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor Wiggins Park is accessible by foot or by bicycle (10 minutes) via secure traffic-calmed paths. By car you are in 3 minutes at the beach. With the annual season parking card included in the rental price you can park for free directly at the beach entrance. From here you can take long beach walks or enjoy the beautiful impressive sunsets over the Gulf. Also for families with children the wide and fine sandy beach and the calm sea offer the ideal rest.

Restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well as easily accessible by bike. The Mercato Dining and Shopping Center is now considered the gourmet temple of Naples. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the house. Here gastronomy, shopping and nightlife are united. In the numerous restaurants with large outdoor areas, you can also enjoy pleasant outdoor dining on the respective terrace. Known and popular in Naples 'Blue Martini' Cocktail Lounge or Cavo with live music in the Mercato Center provide nightlife. Alternatively, a trip to the Irish Pub with draft beer is recommended.

Golf: Naples is the golf capital of the world. With over 90 golf courses, one inhabitant has more 'holes' here than anywhere else in the US. The nearest golf course is about 0,5 mile away.

The LA-Fitness Studio can be reached by bike in 10 minutes (day tickets available), as well as the public and free to use tennis courts.

If you like to go to the cinema, you will find a large cinema with the latest films in the Mercato Center.

Even for young people the location is ideal. In max. 10 minutes by bike they can be at the beach, cinema, burger restaurants, cafes, shopping center etc.

McDonalds, Subway and Dunkin Donuts are also just around the corner.
