The highlights of this luxurious villa include the spacious, partially covered outdoor area with outdoor kitchen with gas grill and sink. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub (no chlorine smell and particularly skin-friendly) invite you to relax and unwind. A smart TV, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a patio heater provide entertainment by the pool to perfect your stay. The entire pool and lanai area is surrounded by a pool screen. A well-kept path leads to the dock, a perfect place to linger and enjoy. All rooms are bright, modern and equipped with high-quality tiles. The elegant furnishings run through the entire villa. In the living room you will find a comfortable couch, an impressive TV wall in stone look and a modern electric fireplace. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa, on the terrace and on the boat deck.

The open-plan kitchen-living room is fully equipped with first-class appliances. Coffee lovers will be delighted with the Nespresso coffee machine and an additional filter coffee machine. The large dining table invites you to spend an evening with friends and create convivial dinners. A high chair for our youngest guests is available as well as a baby bed. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub and toilet. The second guest bedroom is also equipped with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, while the two other bedrooms have quadruple-size beds. These two bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet. All bedrooms have wardrobes and/or chests of drawers and TVs. The villa is quiet but still centrally located. Shops, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts are also just a short drive away. This villa offers the ideal starting point for your Florida vacation and is an excellent base for exploring Tampa, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Naples, Orlando, the Everglades and numerous other fascinating destinations.

Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. From here you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva. You can rent a boat for this villa, just ask when booking.
