We stayed at Kate's unit in Falling Waters for over 5-1/2 months and got to call Kate's wonderful unit home for that time. The unit is beyond equipped for all your needs, spacious and convenient (walking distance) to the spectacular pool! Kate is a wonderful host and attentive to any needs you may have. Response time is almost immediate! Kate made our transition of moving to the Naples area effortless!

We want to check out resort-style condo communities to spend our winters and Falling Waters sure fits the requirements. Kate is just the owner you want to deal with. She is so helpful. The unit is equipped first-class with nice modern furniture. Wonderful bed, splendidly updated bathroom, and fully stocked kitchen with a full laundry and supplies room in the unit. A long walk-in closet, and a nice 2 twin guest or second bedroom with second full bath. There is a waterfall right outback from the screened lanai that I just loved in gorgeous Flordia landscaping. A group of 3 beautiful palm trees and flowering bushes to watch in the breeze while relaxing. I kept the huge sliding doors a bit open so I could hear the waterfall any time of day to 9 at night.

We spent a few weeks in October and had a great time at this beautiful condo . It has everything you need for a comfortable stay . The grounds are gorgeous with a beautiful pool that makes you feel you are at a resort. The host was very nice , she was always helpful and great to deal with .
