This beautiful gulf access home features a king-sized bed in the master, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and 2 XL twin beds in bedroom 3.
There is also a den with a table and offie chairs.
There are smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom and twin bedrooms. Wireless internet is accessible throughout the house and lanai.
The fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops includes all major appliances, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster --everything needed to feel like home. All bed linens, bath and pool towels are included.
The screened lanai has a gas grill and a large dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. There are also chaise lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. You might see fish jumping in the canal, and there are turtles and ducks that often visit the dock area. There are colorful LED lights in the pool and spa for night time swim.

Very neat and quiet location, overlooking two properties without houses. Also no property built on the neighboring side. The only disturbing music we ever heard was from the church 400 yards away…The house is in very good condition and has all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Location for golf is excellent, with two courses only minutes away.The absolutely best is however the service level provided by Laurie. We had eg a bit of bad luck with one of the toilets malfunctioning. Laurie made sure it was not temporarily fixed, but indeed exchanged within 24 hours.Highly recommended rental. We normally change property every time we stay in Cape Coral, but we are actually thinking about renting this again.

This lovely pool home on a canal was absolutely gorgeous from the air-conditioning from the all the appliances the wonderful soft beds the atmosphere. It had a sense of privacy to it that made this vacation very special and all our own Laurie was a phenomenal host and I would recommend this to anyone you can’t go wrong.

Shelby T.Anniversary getaway
Laurie is an amazing host and her home is even more amazing! We spent our anniversary here in May 2023. I have been meaning to write a review for a while and so many things have happened this past year that kept delaying my review. First of all we have stayed in several rentals in Cape Coral and this was the best! The home is absolutely beautiful! It was clean and had son any amenities such as a wonderful gas grill and an amazing smart TV equipped with streaming services. I think it was 4D because it was the clearest picture we have ever seen. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much! I also enjoyed the huge soaker tub in the master bath! The master bedroom is amazing! So big and the bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed getting breakfast and lunch at a cute little cafe within walking distance. There was also fountains and a playground there for kids. Back at the home I can't forget to mention the amazing dock. I enjoyed watching the turtles every evening. My husband enjoyed fishing. We also saw a big gator, lots of birds, iguanas, and a bunny near the dock. We want to go back this year for our anniversary in May however it looks like the dates aren't available. I highly recommend this rental. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Laurie for helping make our anniversary special.

We had a great time during our stay. The home was clean and well maintained. Anytime I would think, I could use xyz about now, I would find the item in a drawer. They have really thought of anything you could need to make your visit enjoyable. Laurie was also great with communicating and was easy to reach when something came up. We would gladly rent from her again.If you are like us and enjoy your privacy, the home has a vacant lot on one side and directly behind the canal. The trees in the back lot that are pictured are no longer there, so it's just a vacant space, but it still felt private. We saw lots of fish in the canal but had zero luck catching anything. There were numerous friendly turtles that our boys enjoyed watching. There is a family friendly park/splash pad just a short drive down the street which is also nice.The only thing I can think of to improve the home would be an updated washer and dryer. Otherwise, it was perfect and felt like home away from home.

Laurie, We have enjoyed staying in your home multiple times. It is a very comfortable home to stay in for three months. You are always extremely responsive to any needs or repairs that may come up. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. Patty and I especially like the bike trail so easily accessible. The pool area is where we spend most of our time. The wives read many books floating in the pool. To sum it up, it’s just a great place to stay for a week or three months.

This home was amazing! Beautiful pool with hot tub, grill and pool toys all while looking over the canal. The neighborhood is great. We got in late evening so did not have groceries for breakfast the next morning. The neighborhood has its own little coffee shop/clubhouse type center so we walked a few yards to eat breakfast there. They had couches/board games, great menu of food/drink items, so cool. Next to that was a splash pad and basketball court. Such a wonderful quiet neighborhood and not far from the many beaches. Just perfect! The owner, Laurie, was so gracious and answered any/all questions we had. Will definitely rebook for this location!

The dock on the canal was a fun little fishing spot and we even caught a decent size catfish! There is A great little playground/park a few blocks from the house and some excellent restaurants in close proximity. I highly recommend this Casita, we are already planning a return visit.

This property is gorgeous and spacious! It was exactly what we were looking for. The heated pool meant that we could swim or relax in the hot tub, even if the temperature outside was cooler. There is a lovely outdoor eating space poolside, and lots of rafts and toys for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some simple meals, with easy access to the washer and dryer, located off the kitchen. There are games, information on things to do in the area, and the owners are very responsive if you have questions. Our family of 6 had more than adequate space. The master bathroom is absolutely stunning! The walk in showers and the soaking bath tub add extra opportunities for luxury and relaxation. It's gorgeous! The fact that it is located on a canal is an extra treat as you can often spot wildlife. The quiet street allows for walks around the neighborhood. And one bonus - you can easily walk to church on Sunday or a quaint little coffee/snack shop any day of the week. If you need anything, you're just a few minutes drive to tons of stores and restaurants. We had a great stay and would definitely go back!
