Minimum 30 nights available at seasonal rates PLUS sales taxes:
Month/Rental Rate plus taxes: Dec 2018/$2,650; Jan-Mar 2019 ($3,450-3,600); Apr 2019/$2,00; May-Aug 2018 $1,875.
Add 3.6% for credit card payment. Basic cable and water are included. Require first and last months' rent and security deposit of $2,200 for longer term lease. No taxes for leases 7 months and longer. Shorter term, security deposit of $2,200 and $200/month utilities deposit required. Usage to be reconciled at end of occupancy (overpayment will be refunded and shortage will be deducted against security deposit). $120 cleaning fee is also required.
Condo Association requires a clean background check and $100 per adult tenant Application Fee, both costs payable by tenant(s).
Pets are not permitted. Smoking inside condo is not permitted.
Watch manatees play during their mating season, while strolling along the complex's nature path.
Resort complex is centrally located - 20 min to beaches, to downtown St. Petersburg and to Tampa.
Clearwater Mall with Costco, Super Target, Lowes, Petsmart is 1.7 miles north on US 19 and Gulf To Bay Blvd.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I rent for a shorter period of time than 1 month? Why do I have to complete a rental application and undergo a background check.
The Grand Venezia Condo Association regulates the rental of all units in the complex. All units in the complex may not be rented for a shorter period than 1 month. As well, to better ensure safety of the owners and tenants, the Condo Association will only approve applications that show the applicants do not have a criminal background.
