-payment by credit card, add 7%; wire transfer, add $75
-penalties imposed by CoA for tenant(s) breaking condo rules/policies
$1,200 refundable deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your stay.

No refunds for partial stays.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I rent for a shorter period of time than 1 month? Why do I have to complete a rental application and undergo a background check.
The Grand Venezia Condo Association regulates the rental of all units in the complex. All units in the complex may not be rented for a shorter period than 1 month. As well, to better ensure safety of the owners and tenants, the Condo Association will only approve applications that show the applicants do not have a criminal background.

Amazing condo and wonderful landlord!
First the condo/facilities are like a 5 star resort. Everything is so well kept - beautiful entry, grand club houses that are fit for Cesar’s Palace, the pool, hot tub, 24 hr fitness center and other amenities makes you often forget you aren’t on vacation. For this unit, we rented for 7 months and the owner Frank was a dream to work with- if there were even any issues- he took care of them on the spot. The communication was excellent, the hospitality wonderful and I only wish every landlord were like him. I would 100% rent here again and especially from Frank!!!
