Golfing is available with an optional member transfer and there is also a driving range and putting green where you can hone your golfing skills. If you want to see the local sites, you are only a 10-minute drive to beautiful 5th avenue downtown Naples with lots of fabulous restaurants, window shopping and ice cream for a fun walk down 5th. Then it’s just a short drive to the awesome Naples Pier, Lowdermilk beach, Clam Pass beach and Vanderbilt beach for sun, sand and surf.

Foxfire is a gated community located on 385 acres. Full golf and country club membership is included with every home purchase. Members enjoy an active and fun lifestyle that centers on many recreational and social activities. Our Clubhouse is equipped with a fitness center, library, card rooms and wireless Internet service.
Our main attraction is 27 holes of golf designed by Arthur Hills. We have a full-service golf Pro Shop, a driving range with natural grass and a modern artificial tee-line, five target greens to simulate on-course scenarios, two putting greens and a separate pitching and chipping green. In addition to the golf courses and practice facilities, other outdoor amenities include three lighted Har-Tru tennis courts , an Olympic-size swimming pool and cabana area near the Clubhouse and bocce courts.
Foxfire’s beautiful 20,000 square-foot, Mediterranean-styled Clubhouse features the Main Dining Room with banquet and fine-dining facilities; the Foxlair Grille and Lounge with flat-screen televisions for sports viewing and a covered terrace dining area; and the Halfway House for quick breakfasts, lunches, snacks and beverages.

One of our favorite places is the Boathouse Restaurant on the Naples Bay.
Also conveniently located near the Publics on Davis is a great Mexican restaurant called Tacos and Tequila that has a very fun atmosphere and great tacos. Plus there are countless other restaurants all around Naples to enjoy.
Lots of restaurants nearby, with many offering outside dining. Food deliveries from local restaurants and shops is always available too.

- Direct entrance to the unit - you exit the door - and you are in the fresh air right away.
- No direct contact with the neighbors unless you want to just say hi.
- The pool and amenities in it are gated, access is limited just to the residents and guests. The area is big enough to have social distance if needed. You will get an entrance code to get there.
- In this area of Naples, you will find a lot of dining outside, and food deliveries from local restaurants and shops.

Social Transfer Fees and Optional Golf transfer Fee
Beginning 01Oct24 a mandatory $500 social member transfer fee is required by the HOA which allows full access to the main clubhouse and restaurant, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, state of the art fitness/wellness center and an Olympic sized clubhouse pool. If you would like to golf, the golf members transfer fee is $750 and the social transfer is included at no additional cost.
Access to the 27 hole Arthur Hills golf course is at a reduced game rate requires with the golf transfer.
Payment Policies
The owner of this property requires a 1/3 payment to reserve the property and a total of 3 payments with final payment due 90 days prior to occupancy. If booking is made less than 90 days prior to occupancy, full payment will be required at time of booking.
Personal checks require two weeks time for check to clear.
6% percent Florida Tax and 5% percent Collier County tourist taxes (11% total)will be added to the monthly rental fee as required by FL.
Cancellation Policy:
90 days before date of occupancy = forfeit 50 % of total contract amount
60 days before date of occupancy = forfeit 100 % of total contract amount
Cancellation fees will be refunded or reduced if we find full or partial coverage with another client. We recommend renter considers personal traveler insurance.

We had a wonderful 3-month stay in this ideally located, quiet, 3rd floor condo that overlooks a 7th green and beautiful water view. The accommodation is very clean, has a well-equipped kitchen, and new appliances throughout. The owners are terrific people too! We highly recommend staying here!

A very clean, comfortable, 3rd floor condo with a spectacular view of the 7th green and a pond. The location is quiet and the property well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped; there are new appliances throughout the condo. Owners are extremely kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Highly recommend based on our 3-month stay.
