This home really stands out in the area of outdoor living areas. The ground floor deck is outfitted with and abundance of covered and uncovered seating, lounge chairs, swing bed, sectional couch and decor to rival the interior. You are not only on the beach, but you have a resort style venue which accommodates a large group in luxury!

It’s a short walk to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park where you can swim, kayak, paddle board and play in the Gulf and the Bay.

*The main level includes a spacious kitchen loaded with prep and serving amenities complimented by granite counter tops and a dining area. There is direct access from the dining area to a spacious deck.

*The main level also has high ceilings, and a wall of windows providing a bright, airy and open gathering space which features a 65” TV, books, board games and more. There are 2 guest rooms with TVs; a full bath and the laundry room complete the main level.

*The second level features the primary suite with a King bed, and a private sitting area on the deck. Also on this level is another king bedroom with a 55in TV and full bath.

This pet friendly property has a fenced area for your dog, an outdoor shower, propane grill, and covered parking.
