Our homes are fully furnished and equipped. In case you are unsure whether we provide special items please send us an email. We do not provide bicycles or kayaks because they are excluded from insurance coverage.
If your Cape Coral vacation home comes with a boat dock, you can use it at your own risk to sit and sunbath on the dock. However, if you want to use it for a boat, our permission is needed! In general, boat lifts are not allowed to use, if not on the river (permission needed). Please be aware, that sometimes the owners' boats could be parked on these lifts - even if this was not the case, when our photos were taken.

We stayed at 2127 Sw 52 st Cape Coral fl for 3 months (Jan-Ma 2023). It was wonderful! We enjoyed the canal view and saw manatees, turtles, fish and lots of birds and ducks in it. The pool was refreshing. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant to walk in. Unpleasant experience was with the neighbors who were renting next door. Their pool heater ran continuously , it never shut off, and was very noisy. Their pool temperature was at 105 degrees. We were unable to sit outside most nights and enjoy a peaceful evening.

The home was really nice and clean. The Service through Seabim was professional and very good. They have organized everything very good. Arriving and departure, even at nighttime, is not a problem at all. We can totally recommend Seabim and this home and I would absolutely rent it again.

Great location. 3 bedrooms that accommodate 3 adult couples. Home was clean and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Nice heated pool . The picture are accurately representing the house. Would recommend and will be using this rental services again
