[STEP 1] RESERVE Your Reservations (or you just have questions):
Condo Rental Agreement and Application. Condo Owner will respond to your email within 24 hours or less. All ongoing correspondence after this step between Owner and you will be done via email and/or phone.
[STEP 2] HOLD Your Reservation Dates:
Owner will sent Lease Agreement to tenant .Tenant will sign Lease Agreement and return to owner. Owner will submit the Lease Agreement to the Bordeaux Club Board association for review and approval.
Tenant will Fill out Rental Application and submit to Bordeaux Club Board of Association along with $100 for application process. 30% deposit payment will be mailed the Owner. Owner will HOLD your reservation dates while your Application is processed....a very quick process!!
[STEP 3] BOOK Your Reservation:
Upon completion of your Application process, Owner will contact you for final payment to BOOK your reservations!!
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR CHECKING -IN.
CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL TO LEASE WILL BE MAILED/FAX TO TENANT , OWNER WILL HAVE A COPY AND A COPY STAYS WITH BORDEAUX CLUB BOARD OF ASSOCIATION.
