The spacious house has an air-conditioned living space of 2.150 ft², a total of 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms having a king size double beds, the other two bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds or a queen size bed.
The 30 feet long saltwater pool and spa is ideally located to the southwest overlooking the golf course. Here you can relax during the day and in the evening enjoy the sunset with a cool drink or a barbecue.
The pool area is secured by a pool alarm on the patio door for children.

We really felt very comfortable in this nice house. The location is excellent for exploring Naples (Beach, 5th Avenue). The Hose is new, bright, nicely furnished and well equipped. The support in Germany and on site was great and fast. We would book it again at any time!

The house is very clean and has all the amenities of home. It is bright and roomy. The neighborhood is great for walking. The home backs to the golf course with spectacular views. The pool and hot tub is fantastic.There is an extra daily fee to heat the pool (a normal fee and completely acceptable) but it took 3 days to get the pool/ hot tub to get to an acceptable temperature to use. There were record low temperatures but there is the ability to heat the pool prior to arrival by simply switching the timer to a 24/7 timer to accelerate the warm up and then switch it back to the normal timer once it reaches a desired temperature. If you are paying a daily fee to heat the pool, it should be at an acceptable swimming temperature upon arrival considering the renter is paying the daily heating fee. I don't want to present it as a complaint but perhaps some feedback. We enjoyed the pool to the fullest once we could swim in it. It really is fantastic.Again a wonderful place with 5 stars. We have stayed here multiple times and would stay again without question. Booking was easy.

Following I would like to explain the problem with the pool heater you had 3 days: The previous tenants had not booked pool heater and they left on your arrival day at 10.00 a.m. a cold pool. Immediately after their departure homewatch turned on the pool heater for you. But right at that time, the North USA was hit by an extreme cold wave and snowstorm, the foothills of which also passed Florida, so that we had a daytime temperature of just 39 degrees Fahrenheit in Naples at Christmas. Due to the extremly low outside temperatures the pool heater does not manage to heat up the big pool. I stayed in Naples too at Christmas and I have turned off my own pool heater in my house completely duringe these days, because it just didn´t work. I´m very sorry that you had three cold days, but I´m happy that you had a wonderful time in any case. See you next time! Brigitte"
