Clam Pass Beach Park is adjacent to the Naples Grand Resort. Either walk along the beautiful recently replaced boardwalk or enjoy a free tram ride to the beach. The beach boasts a pubic restaurant right on the sand as well as chaise lounges, kayaks and other fun beach toys to rent.
NOTE: Our condo does have a storage closet that contains multiple beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler for you to use and enjoy during your stay.

About the owner: The first 18 years of my life were spent in Cleveland, Ohio where Lake Erie was my best yet not so fabulous opportunity to enjoy sand and water. I yearned for the magnificent views and smells of the Ocean / Gulf, and I was a truly "beach starved" person in need of SUN and SURF. My strong desire to be out of the cold and snow, led our family to live part-time in Naples in 2003. We decided in 2011 we could NEVER get back to the cold, therefore we now remain in Naples, all year round.
In addition to owning and personally managing this outstanding Golf Community Condo, I am also a licensed Florida realtor and licensed Florida Property Manager. Please let me know should you be in the market to purchase your own vacation home, secondary home, or investment property. As mentioned, I am not a long-distance owner and I am an easy-to-reach local owner as well as a reputable area Realtor. I live year-round only a short distance from this condo home. I have over 15 years of experience in managing short-term vacation rental properties and have personally hosted several hundreds of happy vacation renters over the years. Why this property? I was showing this condo to a client / buyer and personally fell in love the moment I stepped inside this special home. The condo has such a unique floor plan as well as a genuinely warm feeling that I knew right away that I needed to make it mine. Thankfully, my customer had her heart set on a condo we saw earlier in the day, leaving me free to snatch up this truly special condo for my own.

Are pets permitted at your condo?
Our condo association does not permit tenants to bring pets to the community.
Is smoking permitted at your condo?
For the safety and comfort of our guest and neighbors, we do not allow smoking inside our condo, or on the lanai. The condo association permits smoking if it occurs at least 30 feet away from the building.
What is hte maximim number of people we can bring to your condo?
Our condo is set up to comfortably sleep a maximum of 4 people. All guests must be registered with the property owner along with a copy of the main renters drivers license and also our signed rental agreement prior to receiving arrival and access instructions.
Do you offer an assgined parking spot?
We do have an assigned, covered parking spot for you to enjoy during your stay.
How far is this condo from the beaach and shopping?
The condo is located less than 3 miles from Naples finest beaches. The condo is also located just a short walk from Super Target, Publix, and a variety of great restaurants. Costco is also nearby.
We did not want to leave!
The condo is super cute and in a perfect location. We loved the proximity to the beach as well as the ability to walk to Publix and some great area restaurants. We would take Goodlette Frank as an easy and very straight shot to downtown Naples, as we enjoyed several evenings per week strolling down 5th AVE trying out various restaurants and of course indulging in KILWINS ice cream. The condo owner Michelle was helpful and quick to respond every time we had any questions. The condo was clean and was obviously recently re-furbished, loved the new luxury vinyl floors so much that we asked Michele the brand name and stock number as we will seek them out ourselves to replace carpet in our own home. We LOVED this place!
We were a little unsure booking being that this was a new listing but WOW, such a fantastic condo in an excellent location. The condo complex itself is located within a larger golf community. The actual condo had such nice views of the golf course from the large screened lanai. The community is located a short distance from Publix grocery store as well as Target. We also hit the nearby Costco for groceries for our stay. We were surprised by the amount of really great restaurants in the area. We especially enjoyed Millers Ale House for prime rib one evening as well as South Street, The Black Eye PIg (great barbeque) We also found a delicious breakfast place nearby called "Goldies". The nearest beach was straight down Pine Ridge, about 5 minutes or so drive from this condo. The condo was clean and comfortable as well and the host Michelle was responsive to our questions and a great communicator. Thank you, we will return! Marcus and Shelly
