When we walked into Marco’s condo 03/01/24 we could not believe how fortunate we were to have found such a beautiful place to stay. It was very clean and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and a few of the residents we met around the pool were jealous of our unit, as it was so much more updated than theirs. Marco was easy to deal with during our entire experience and responded immediately to any concerns. Unfortunately someone has already scooped it up for next March but we are hoping to return again in the future.

Amazing Condo

We spent January and February at Marco’s condo in Gulf Winds complex. The condo was wonderful! Very clean and had everything needed to spend a couple months. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, air fryer and toaster oven. The couch and beds are comfortable with good linens. I really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch reading or watching the sunset over the lake. The pool area is very nice and the residents couldn’t be any more welcoming. Marco responded instantly with any questions we had. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Marco for letting us enjoy your amazing condo!!!

Review of our stay at Marco's condo at Gulf Winds East in Naples, Florida

First of all let state why we chose this condo. Usually we stay in a park located in Northport. However due to hurricane damage and the tenants parents moving into our "usual rental home" I had to quickly try to find a reasonably priced rent somewhere in southern Florida on the west coast. After nearly a month of online searching, I stumbled onto this condo being rented for the month of April by Marco. What a find !!! My wife and I are both in our 70's and have been renting for the month of April many years. We drive from Maine the latter part of March, visit friends in Port Charlotte and then travel to where ever the rental takes us. This year was a gem of a find. It was perfect for my wife and I. We even made many friends at the pool, which was a daily basis. We did venture out to beaches and restaurants. But our evenings at the condo were heavenly. We used the lanai every evening. We absolutely had no problems with this condo. It had everything we needed to cook with and it even has an air frier. If anyone needs a reference about this condo just ask me. I can't say enough about it.

Beautiful Condo

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into Marco‘s condo in Naples. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything that you needed. and the view was fabulous. The ground floor corner Lanai overlooked the lake and pool and all the other amenities. The location was accessible to local restaurants and stores and centrally located. Marco was a pleasure to work with, and we would definitely rent from him again. We really enjoyed our visit. Robert and Claudia.

Loved this Condo

We rented this condo for the month of March and April 2022 and was very glad we did. The Condo was very clean and had all the amenities one could want. Televisions in every room with full cable including video on demand. But our favorite part was the screened in Lanai. We ate every meal there and played multiple board games. The sunsets are simply beautiful and after dark the fountain and lake are all lit up….super pretty. The pool area is very clean and the water quite warm. The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There’s always something going on at the pool including live music on Wednesdays. And then there is the location. Literally 10 minutes from Marco Island and just a bit farther to Naples Pier. And so easy to find. Manatee Rd is right off Collier …so straight down Collier to Marco or go left on US41 straight to Naples Pier. And the shopping….wow the shopping! Within 5 minutes…you literally could walk to Walmart, Rosses, Marshall’s, Beals, there is also Burlington, Homegoods a Publix and my favorite FreshMarket..the owner is very responsive and offered any tips to make our stay in Naples more enjoyable. Definitely coming back next year.I was only able to secure this Condo for April….as March was already rented. So hoping March becomes available. Hoping to be a repeat renter for many years!

Very comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property. It is close to a number of beaches and stores for shopping. There is a flea market close by on Wednesday and Thursdays. You will find a little of everything including fresh fruits and vegetables. The complex is very well maintained and the residents are welcoming and friendly. Wonderful view from the screened lanai. We enjoyed many nights sitting in the lanai playing cards. Marco was very helpful when we did have questions, and the check in was very easy. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Lucky first time renters in a great unit!!!

After much deliberation about making the trip to FL during the pandemic (cancelling reservation in a VERY active resort community in Sarasota) we found this unit available very last minute and decided we could keep socially distanced while enjoying the warm gulf winter weather. Marco was VERY quick and responsive in getting the contract to us, payment was easy and done through wireless transfer. Check in was a breeze through lock box, and the condo is immaculate and perfect for our needs. Marco has also been great in giving recommendations for places where we might find outside, socially distanced dining. When a HVAC check was needed within the unit, he was considerate in making sure we were comfortable with someone coming into the condo and insisted the technician wore a mask.The other residents/renters within the complex seem to have formed a great community. There have been several late afternoons where a musician has set up to play live music at the pool, which we could enjoy from the lanai. There are daily pickleball gatherings and water aerobics. On Sundays there is a Farmers Market at a mostly vacant strip mall within easy walking distance where there is fresh produce, delicious baked goods and breads, and fresh caught gulf fish and shrimp.We give this our highest recommendation and would not hesitate to revisit this community in the future!
