Beautiful lakefront end unit on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Entire condo has been painted in December 2020. Kitchen renovation completed in January 2021.
The amenities include wifi, cable tv, washer and dryer.
Community has a large heated pool, a jacuzzi, barbeque areas and two tennis courts. Short driving distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment. 10 min drive to Marco Island beaches or 5th Ave in Naples.

About the owner: Born and raised in Germany but USA has been my home for almost 20 years. Always vacationed with my family in the Naples/Marco Island area. Love owning a home in Naples and to share with family and guests.

Lucky first time renters in a great unit!!!

After much deliberation about making the trip to FL during the pandemic (cancelling reservation in a VERY active resort community in Sarasota) we found this unit available very last minute and decided we could keep socially distanced while enjoying the warm gulf winter weather. Marco was VERY quick and responsive in getting the contract to us, payment was easy and done through wireless transfer. Check in was a breeze through lock box, and the condo is immaculate and perfect for our needs. Marco has also been great in giving recommendations for places where we might find outside, socially distanced dining. When a HVAC check was needed within the unit, he was considerate in making sure we were comfortable with someone coming into the condo and insisted the technician wore a mask.The other residents/renters within the complex seem to have formed a great community. There have been several late afternoons where a musician has set up to play live music at the pool, which we could enjoy from the lanai. There are daily pickleball gatherings and water aerobics. On Sundays there is a Farmers Market at a mostly vacant strip mall within easy walking distance where there is fresh produce, delicious baked goods and breads, and fresh caught gulf fish and shrimp.We give this our highest recommendation and would not hesitate to revisit this community in the future!
