Condo #102 is 1 bedroom 1 bath unit located on the first floor, beachfront, next to #101. accommodates 2 people.
Condo #501 is a 2-bedroom, 2 bath penthouse, fifth floor, corner unit, beach front, located in the Beach Building, accommodates 4 people
Condo #24 is a 2 Bedroom 2 bath, 2nd floor unit Beach view located in the BLVD Building. Accommodates 4 people.
First floor units walk out of the Lanai's out to the perfectly groomed white sand beach. No elevators, raised up just enough to have a spectacular view of the gulf. Unit 101 Unit 102 are perfect rooms for generational family vacations.
Fifth floor unit has an unbelievable view of the entire gulf and magnificent sunset views. Serene & private.
Second floor unit has a full view of the pool and gulf , sit. back and enjoy the activity.
Estero Beach Club is Located within walking distance to great restaurants, time square, Margaritaville.
No need for a car, Trolley or tram to a different restaurant every day, walk to your hearts content. Listen to music at a local bar or do nothing at all. Read a book on your private Lanai, lounge at the heated pool(under-construction) or watch the dolphins jump on the beautiful sandy white beach.

Reviews are meant to let owners know if they need to fix or improve the unit for others to consider renting it. That said... I could not come up with anything they could change to make it better! Location, kitchen was stocked, rooms were beautifully decorated, quiet area , close to everything and Karen, Mike, Jennifer and Todd were so kind and helpful. Even the other renters were all so happy to be in this complex. We are definitely returning next year even though this unit was already booked for the time we vacation. On the beach. Pretty private with not a lot of people. Condo was comfortable and easily accessible from main road. It could easily be 5 stars with some attention to detail. Carpet replacement and general cleaning and replacement of window blind closure. Overall a really enjoyable spot.
