Florida rentals provided an easy and efficient way to find a winter escape to FL. The property advertised was one we had seen on a previous trip and were excited to try…it did not disappoint…it was a fun place to stay and the people were very friendly. All photos were as shown online and the entire process was easy as pie. We will use this site again!

We were very happy with the studio apt # 12. The studio was clean and adequately furnished. The sofa and easy chair were comfortable. The bed mattress was quite comfortable. The complex was quiet. The pool and spa were clean and very nice. We met some very nice people as well. We’d love to rent the same unit next year as it is in the neighborhood we love. The only complaint we have is that the bathtub /shower floor had a weird kind of wonky refinish that made your footing feel slightly off.

The best part of this place is the location - 2 short blocks to the beach. It is clean and the grounds are very well maintained. Pool is nice and warm. A 1-bedroom is perfect for a small family with eat in kitchen. The only thing is that "old Florida Style" means dated. The units are in desperate need of an upgrade. The A/c units are very LOUD, but we are not light sleepers so this didn't bother us. You can use the BBQs and washer/dryer is free -just bring your detergent. Everything is comfortable and staff is very friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.
