There is only 1 condo like this per floor in the Sea Air Towers. Enjoy the breathtaking views of this unit from the 8th floor. See the cruise ships leave from Ft. Lauderdale port all from the comfort of your own balcony. Please understand that we give our present guest first choice in renewing the following year. We have had many repeat guests through the years.
Please note, our association only allows 30 day rentals. So come take a break at our home away from home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest room has 2 queen size beds, and the sofa is a pull out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need. Each bedroom has it's own television with comcast cable.
The living room also has a large flat screen. Unit is also equipped with wifi. Also included is a garage parking at the Sea Air basement as well as a parking spot across the street. Unfortunately, our association does not allow pets. The only exception is a service animal. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person's disability
Feel secure with the 24 hour security as well as biometric fingerprints to enter in and out of the building and beach.
Area Information
Only 20 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale airport and close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Why go to a hotel when you can have your own condo at a lower price.
Building has its own gym, game room, sauna, heated pool and direct exit to the beach. You are also across the street from a marina.
Located next to the Westin Diplomat Hotel, few minutes from Gulfstream Horse-racing and Casino, Hollywood Beach, Sunny Island, Aventura Mall, fine dining and shopping centers.

Our association only allows monthly rentals. We are not allowed to do nightly or weekly rentals. No exceptions. We have other family members with units in the same building at a lower cost because of their location in the building and size. Understand the other units are not like ours. There are only 2 units per floor that are similar and same location as ours.

About the owner: We bought our first condo in 1994 at the Sea Air Towers. We have been renting our units for almost 30 years. In 2014 we purchased a larger unit with the idea of eventually retiring but still having enough space for our adult kids and grand children. This unit is unique because there is only 1 unit like it per floor. We live in Miami, FL so if there are any issues we are only about 45 minutes away.
Why this property? Sea Air Towers is a very popular building in the Hollywood beach area. We have renters that love it so much they come year after year, at times even reserving the next year as they leave the present. It has a very home feeling but also safety is a big thing. You have biometric entry plus 24 hour security. Also you have parking for your guests at a great price for anyone that decides to visit you. You have your own private parking spot.

The condo is in front of the building with a direct ocean view. The balcony is 60 feet long and the view is magnificient. The condo is exactly as shown on the pictures and is very well equipped. The building is fine, not recent but well maintained and the pool is great. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to go back.
