Our association only allows monthly rentals. We are not allowed to do nightly or weekly rentals. No exceptions. We have other family members with units in the same building at a lower cost because of their location in the building and size. Understand the other units are not like ours. There are only 2 units per floor that are similar and same location as ours.

The condo is in front of the building with a direct ocean view. The balcony is 60 feet long and the view is magnificient. The condo is exactly as shown on the pictures and is very well equipped. The building is fine, not recent but well maintained and the pool is great. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to go back.
