The condo building is easy to get to and to leave the island. Close to shopping and restaurants which is a plus. The parking is wonderful. The door is a combination lock which is nice. The view from the condo is beautiful which is a big plus for me. The living room and bedrooms were comfy. The kitchen was beautiful. It had a nice stackable washer/dryer. We are Florida residents and we will surely be back again! The McConnell family️

We had an amazing week! The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need. Compared to "corporate leased" rentals we've stayed at in the past, it was nice that there were "leftovers" from other guests available for use - dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. They also provide starter bathroom soap and shampoo. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was nice to have ice trays to make extra ice for coolers and not have to buy bags of ice. We had one rainy day and they have games, cards, puzzles that gave us something to do. The pool area is awesome with gas grills available for use. We loved this location. The north end of the island was quiet and peaceful but still close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. The beach was beautiful - wide, clean, and not crowded at all. Everyone we met was friendly and Chuck and Joi were easy to communicate with. We had amazing sunsets every night. Can't wait to come back!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and the absolutely most stunning sunset views from the balcony. We would rate it higher if we could! It would have been perfect if the AC worked properly. Had it set on 71 and it was 81 in the condo. Host was unresponsive until we told her the AC shut down. They sent the AC guys who got it going but unfortunately we had 5 days of uncomfortable stay.

We booked this condo for spring break and were so ready for some sunshine and TLC. This condo was PERFECT for our family of four. Amazing, stocked kitchen for this mom who likes to make breakfast every morning (while overlooking the sunrise and marina out the kitchen window) and super comfortable and updated accommodations. The beds were all amazingly comfy, the bathrooms were updated and so nice, and I was able to keep up with laundry on the new washer and dryer, and the screened in porch RIGHT on the gulf was the best. The condo complex was quiet with ample parking and literally 5 minutes from pizza, ice cream, and the best seafood places on the harbor. The condo came with beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to carry it all down. We never had to wait for elevators, either. The drive to Sanibel, Captiva, and Cape Coral were quick and easy. The best part was the owners, who were so responsive and accommodating. This place is a little slice of paradise!!!!!! We will be back in October! Thank you for a great stay!!!

The location is terrific. The tram is almost right outside your door. The beach is directly outside your bedroom and living room. You can see wonderful sunrises from one side of your condo, and awesome sunsets, from the other side of this condo. The owners are immediately attentive to your every need. A wonderful place to stay.

This is our second time staying in Beach Villas. We stayed at this wonderful beach front condominium both before and after hurricane Ian. The owner did a wonderful job recovering from the devastating storm. This condominium is immaculate. You will not need anything. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the highest quality cookware to make whatever meal you choose. There is a grilling area with seating and pool that has been completely redone since the hurricane. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and some child’s toys are at the condo and available for the use of guests. The Pink Shell resort is directly next door if you would like to visit their restaurant and cocktail lounge. The free shuttle which runs approximately every 15 minutes and picks you up directly at the front curb of the condo and runs up and down the island all day. We used this a lot and hardly ever had to worry about driving or parking. If you choose to walk, Times Square, which has several shops and restaurants is only about a ten minute walk to the south. Fort Myers Beach is a magnificent beach and has a lot to offer. The comeback from the recent storms have really given the island a feeling of togetherness and everyone is friendly and helpful. As a somewhat picky traveler, I would not hesitate to recommend the Beach Villas condominium to anyone. I forgot to mention the magnificent sunsets that can be viewed from the ocean front screened balcony or on the powdery sand directly in front!

We've been visiting Ft Myers Beach for over 20 years. We have always stayed in the same place down the beach from here because we love the beach. This time we stayed a month in a condo. When entering, it was clean and nicely decorated and the view of the ocean is wonderful. The shower has been recently renovated and has a nice shower head. The kitchen was well-stocked, the two bedrooms each have a TV and the beds are very comfortable for a long stay. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and tp and paper towels were provided, but bring your own soap and shampoo. Washer and dryer are apartment-sized but did the job! The owner was very responsive and stayed in touch. Hopefully, we'll be back. Be patient, traffic worse than LA.

We booked a much needed family trip to FMB the week before Christmas. Chuck was great, I spoke to him before booking and he was very helpful with great tips and advice for our family of 5. Great views of the sunset, nice heated pool and gas grills, terrific shelling and a short walk down to the square. We really enjoyed the north end of the beach. The condo itsef is a great layout and everything was fresh and immaculate. One of our frustrations when renting a house is a bare bones kitchen, and this one is fully stocked with every possible kitchen item you could need. The in unit laundry was very convenient. Highly recommend- when we visit FMB again, we’ll definitely stay here!

It’s a very short walk! 5-7 minutes by Beach or Estero Blvd. south to Town Square.
Free Trolley every 30m, pick-up right in front of the stop between our building and Pink Shell. Also, you don't HAVE to have a rental car-- it is definitely UBER or Lyft accessible for about 25-35$ each way, very easy from the airport! (Depending on non-surge pricing!)
3 Restaurants next door at Pink Shell- Jack's Steakhouse, Bongo's Grill, Rae's on the Beach. Also, Town Square is 5m walk by beach or Estero Blvd sidewalk. Sushi, Mexican, American bar, Microbrewery, Seafood, Steak, fine dining are all within 5 minutes walk.
6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, a sand buggy and two umbrellas are provided, plus various toys and frisbees, nerf balls and anything left behind!
Also, the Pink Shell Resort offers beach service all week for those who want Lounge chairs set up on the beach daily by 8am. (Concierge can place an order)
PUBLIX grocery store on the island delivers for 15$ or on InstaCart app
