Villa Seastar has 3 bedrooms and terrazzo throughout the house. 1 master suite with TV and a king size bed and a bath with sliding glass doors leading directly out to the lanai / pool area. Bedroom #2 One King bed and bedroom #3 has two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom.
The kitchen is brand new and well equipped.
Separate laundry room I the house with washer and dryer.
The pool area will have a seating area, one table that seats six guests under roof. There is a lot of space for the sun loungers.
15 minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.

The only traffic is the residential traffic on the street. No through traffic.
