Villa Saga is located overlooking the canal. Large pool area facing north and west. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Extra sitting area by the canal with table and 4 chairs. Dock and Boat lift as well.
4 bikes for guest to use are waiting in the garage.
It is only a 3-minute drive to the nearest sandy beach Yacht Club Beach with fishing pier and Tiki-restaurant Boat House.
Electric, pool heat, TV / Wi-Fi is included in the rent.
Villa Saga has 3 bedrooms and tile throughout the house. 1 master suite with a king size bed, TV and a bath with sliding glass doors leading directly out to the lanai. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and #3 Queen bed. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with ice maker and microwave.
Separate laundry room I the house with washer and dryer.
The pool area has two seating areas, one table that seats six guests. There is also a couch and a chair. There is a lot of space for the sun loungers. 5-7 minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
The only traffic is the residential traffic on the street. No through traffic.

Martin I.Clean, well equipped and quiet Family-oriented Villa
The villa is a perfect getaway for family vacation. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities that families need. The villa was clean, well maintained. The pool is heated and it was nice, warm and cozy. The kids enjoyed the pool. One great thing is the access to the master bath from the pool, it's a lifesaver for kids showers after pool time. The villa is equipped with everything you need, and has plenty of pool toys, has bikes, and it's close to plethora of shops and restaurants. There are plenty of beaches within 20-30 minutes drive. Susanne was very helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. She provided all the info we needed, as well as accommodated our check-in and check-out times. Overall, we were very pleased with the stay and the host. My kids did not want to leave, and they rated it as the best vacation (and pool) of all of our visits to Florida.
