The fully-renovated pool villa is located in the attractive Yacht Club area of Cape Coral with 5 minutes to the nearest sandy beach Yacht Club Beach with fishing pier and Tiki restaurant Boat House.

Master bedroom with TV and an suite bathroom and a king size bed, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds and private bath, the third bedroom has a queen bed and it´s own bath also with granite.
Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances among other things. Ice machine and microwave. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer in the house.
Central to the house is the living room and dining room with glass doors to the pool area
In the pool room - under the roof - is a dining table with seating for eight. As well as a cozy corner with a corner sofa with a table . The pool offers relaxation and play with unobstructed views of the garden and the canal.
On the patio there is a propane grill with a spare tank in the store.
Large wooden dock where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets . Large tropical mature garden designed for outdoor games .

Wendy M.Lovely house in a great location on a lovely canal.
We stayed in this house for 2 weeks, the location is brilliant, on a lovely quiet canal but minutes from shops, bars and restaurants.This house was great for us, there were only 2 of us but lots of space and would quite comfortably accommodate 6 people. The pool area was fantastic, lounge sofas and dining under the shade, outdoor fans supplied above each to keep a breeze going and then sun loungers in the sun, something for everyone. The Tiki on the dock was our favourite place for our morning coffee and a glass of wine on an evening, so peaceful.We had days round the pool but we were close enough to the highway to be able to visit the surrounding areas.Susanne was on hand when we needed anything, there is a welcome book with all the info you will need for your stay and the check in instructions were easy to follow and we checked in without any issues at all. The house was super clean, a credit to the cleaning lady.All in all we had a fantastic stay, we nearly didn't book this because it only had 1 review but we are so glad we did, we will be back :-)Thanks Susanne for being such a responsive property manager when we needed you.

Wendy M.Perfect vacation rental in a great location!
What a lovely holiday we had in this rental, the location on the canal was perfect, the pool was just lovely to cool off in and we stayed her for 2 weeks and loved every minute.We needed somewhere to really relax but to be close enough to a highway so we could visit places, this rental was it. We had pool days and days out, a perfect combination.Susanne was great, if we needed anything she was right there, excellent service from her and her husband.The house was big enough for 6 people comfortably, we were only 2 so didn't use half of it, the outside area for lounging, dining and sunbathing was fab and we spent all out time out there, the Tiki on the dock was lovely to sit with a morning coffee or a glass of wine on an evening, we couldn't fault it.We hesitated booking due to it only having 1 review but we didn't need to worry at all, the check in information was sent and the self check in was easy, there is a welcome book in the house with all the info you may need for your stay.We are already looking at when we can return, Thanks Susanne :-)

ANN H.Wonderful place, great location!
This place is wonderful! It has been updated and has a great location to the bridge to Ft. Myers so you don't have to mess with traffic. The house has the master and other two bedrooms separated for privacy and that was a nice feature. Great lanai with some shade from the sun and we loved the tiki hut at the dock so we could drink our morning coffee/afternoon refreshments and watch the boats go by. Very relaxing vacay and we would definitely come back again. When we arrived, Carl came to pump up the bike tires and Susanne was very friendly and attentive to all the details. Great asset to the owners! Ann
